We were looking for a shop that could test the emissions and work on our truck in the process until we could get it to pass. We gave Auto Emissions and Repair a call, they were so thorough which was very much appreciated with what we had going on and needed. They did a diagnostic test on it within half a day, suggested what we needed and got our truck to pass the emissions. Also, at the same time our Toyota Highlander was in desperate need of breaks, they let us drop our car off and had it ready on the next day. They do more than just emissions type of repairs. We are very pleased with this shop and will be using them going forward.

Claiming they "couldnt take it off." So, I went here and he took his time and believed he could take it off and he did! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Isaiah Jarvis: So I want to let people know not to go here for any reason. If your car is messed up look somewhere else. Let me stop by saying I drop my car off here and I told him it was making a big grinding noise. I told him I took it to other shops before and they told me it could be my transmission. So he told he would look at it for me. He said he would call me in a day or two to let me know. He didn’t call at all and a week went by. I called him and said what is going on with the car. He told me it’s not my transmission it was my catalytic converter and piston rings. He told $2100 I said I’ll just look around and I went to get my car. I looked and other places was high so yes I called him back and said okay I’ll do it. I got my car towed there and he told me a week and it will be done called him in a week and he said give three days and it will be done he had to get parts. So I waited. I called back a week later to give him time. He told me the parts just came in and I think it fell on a Monday. He told me give him until Thursday and he would call me if anything changes. I waited until that Friday and he said we still are working on it. Note 2 weeks have gone by already. I said okay we hen the he said this past Tuesday it would be done. Nope wasn’t done. He said give him until Wednesday morning and he would send over the invoice for the payment. Never got it. I called yesterday which was Thursday and I talked to someone name David he told me he would tell William I called and he would call me back within 25 30 minutes. Never got a call so I called up there today and said hey what’s going with my car he told me he had the parts on and took them off cause I sent a nasty text. Note he asked for my email on Wednesday to send the invoice and he also said there was a grinding sound and did I hit anything between the first time and second time I brought it to him I told him no the grinding sound has been there since I went to him the first time. He acted like it wasn’t there at first. So I told him someone is lying cause the grinding sound has been there. So we are back on Friday todays date I had my girl call him cause I was busy at work. He told my girlfriend that I just need come get my car and need to pay a diagnostic fee. Which we never discussed about and that he will deal with us when we got there. So I called and he told me since I wasn’t happy with his service. He took the new parts off and put the old ones back on and that I need come get my car. So I go up there today got my keys and went to go turn on my car. And all these lights are on. When I first brought it to him only my check engine light was on. Now that is off but I got all these other lights on and I had paper in my car and it was between my seat at first. Then it was on the passenger seat so they looked threw my car. So I called him and told him about my lights that weren’t on at first and he told me they were and everything was record. I asked for it and he said what do I want out of all this. I said turn my lights off he said well I can’t do that and best of luck to me. Wow I took it to the shop near them and they told me it was my transmission making the noise. I would not want anyone to go to this store for them to fix your car worst communication and doesn’t stick to what he says he will do. Hope this helps. NEVER AGAIN!!!! (I post a picture of the lights that came on after I brought it to them.)

When I started back home I heard a scary sound coming from the front of my car so loud that it made me feel it b unsafe to drive all the way back. I spotted a little shop with a bay open so I pulled in. I only had a small amount of money and was worried it was going to be a major repair. The guys started looking at my car right away and I was fixed and on my way in 30 minutes and only $20 out of my pocket. I offered a tip but the nice gentleman refused it with a smile! Super nice and honest people.
