David Recently had a problem with my 2009 Escape, a sudden engine rattle and Check Engine light just as I pulled into my garage. Tower isn’t open on weekends, but when I called them Monday morning they scheduled me in for later that day as soon as I could get it towed in. The tow truck driver approved of my choice for service as well. Im very pleased with how quickly they diagnosed the problem and fixed the water pump by Tuesday afternoon. They also ran checks following the repair to make certain there wasn’t any internal damage. When they called to say the car was ready, they sent an employee to give me a ride to the shop--i forget the guys name, but we had a fun conversation on the way! Another thing important to me is the new online system for communicating the problem, diagnosis, and repair estimate. Very nice! Well done.

Gunmechanic 01 Bought a light switch because my dimmer portion wouldnt work, the switch I purchased from Napa didnt work at all out of the box. I put my old switch in. The STORE WOULDNT TAKE BACK THEIR DEFECTIVE SWITCH. This is only an hour after I picked it up. Total scam!

He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even tho It was determined that it would better serve me to take my vehicle To the dealership. Firestone was great and I will return when I need additional work done.

Mike T. I had a fantastic experience at the Firestone on 2nd Avenue in Gainesville, Georgia. I came in close to closing with a flat tire and Val helped all the way through the process. He was so kind and considerate. His customer service skills are exemplary. And the technician did an excellent job. I highly recommend this store!

Julie Williams I took my 2011 Honda Crosstour to Lakeside Automotive to have an all 4 wheel alignment done. The staff at Lakeside are very knowledgeable and kind. I was supposed to drop my car off and pick the vehicle up later, however my plans had changed last minute with my ride to pick me up so I ended up waiting for my vehicle. They were so so very kind to get my car alignment done in a timely manner so I didn’t have to wait too long. I appreciate them taking the time to manage to get my car fixed up and back in tip top driving shape. From the person who answered the phone to the mechanic who aligned the vehicle, an overall great experience with top notch work. I will be back and will be bringing my vehicles to them for future maintenance. Thanks y’all!!

Jeff Beavers Excellent service! Very honest and fair, they previously replaced my valve covers and this repair fixed my a/c not switching to vent from the floor setting. Callie Maday Do not take your vehicle here. My vehicle has been to this location twice in the 5 days and $1800 later the issue i brought it in for is still happening. I was assured multiple times it was looked at by multiple techs, driven, and then driven once the repairs were completed and no longer shaking (my initial concern) and both times the shaking happened again less than a mile from the shop. When I called today to advise them the issue was STILL not fixed almost $2,000 later, their only solution was to bring it back. Which will include missing work and more money I do not have. We have used Big T numerous times in the last 7 years and have never had issues until now but I have lost all confidence in their work, integrity and will never go back or recommend them to anyone in the future. Unless you like wasting your money, go somewhere else.

Brooke Williams DONT GO HERE!! This place has gone down hill. They told my son he needed two new tires and wouldn’t rotate them. Wrong; it seems they just wanted more money. Charged us $150 to replace some blinkers and then they still didn’t work. They tried to charge us $160 more for diagnostics. We refused and took our vehicle to KIA. Kia found the connector was loose and they explained this place ripped us off as they should’ve seen it when replacing bulbs. My son then went to request a bit of a refund and was sent away/dismissed. We will not be back here ever again.

Very, very friendly and well-priced, especially for mobile repair. I highly recommend these guys. If youre in the area and have a problem, give them a call, and theyre open 24 hours a day on call

I really appreciate the thorough communication and their professional insight. I had a unique issue with the air suspension system in my Ram and they pinpointed the issue immediately when a Dodge dealership couldn’t help me after 3 arduous visits.. I’m glad I’ve finally found a trustworthy company that I’ll continue to do business with as long as they’re around, and I’ll recommend everyone I know to bring their vehicles here for service.

They had my vehicle back in the bay in no time, fixed and didn’t even charge for the service. I discussed getting a set of new tires soon and he had some good prices and deals. The new management is determined to get back lost customers due to prior management. Give them a chance, I will be back. New owner earned my trust. Military discounts too!!

Ryan and Chris went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of, and their customer service was top-notch. Not only was the work on my grill done flawlessly, but their pricing was also fair and affordable. It’s hard to find a shop that combines quality workmanship with honesty and great service, but Disharoon does exactly that. Highly recommend!!
