Michael Garrell: I was driving to North Carolina when the 2024 low mileage MICHELIN tire separated into 3 pieces at 60 mph. My cars warning light did not show a low pressure as I make sure I have correct pressure and I felt confident since this shop had just serviced them. I returned to this shop and talked to the regional manager who was rude when I asked him to replace another tire that i bought from them that had the same lot number on it. I settled for a replacement of the first tire on road hazard . Would have been simple to but he refused to EVEN CONTACT MICHELIN TO CHECK ON THE LOT NUMBER OF THE SECOND TIRE. I Insisted that he replace it too and he refused as well as getting belligerent with me!
I’ve settled for a lack of confidence with my MICHELINS because of his unprofessionalism and laziness! I have always bought MICHELINS. BEWARE of their tires and this shop that I have used for years. I suppose I’ll have to find others.
IVE BEEN TREATED WRONGLY BY BOTH! They have left me without peace of mind after thousands of dollars being spent.
I ALMOST CAN’T EVEN BELIVE THE OUTCOME.
