1 /5 Coach Doerrer: This is how my vehicle was returned.
Two days to do an alignment (no worries, but it should be right when I get it back). Instead, brake back plate is scraping the rotor. I did not note this at drop off, but was willing to accept it as a my bad thing. Thankfully, I looked under my truck just now and saw this: BRAND NEW covers. They were NOT twisted at drop off. They turned the outter tie rods about 5 times (I installed and counted the threads myself prior to drop-off) and it appears the boot rotated with it? I’m no mechanic and am willing to accept I may have done something wrong, but this does not feel like that at all and certainly doesn’t give vibes of craftsmanship.
I heard great things and was excited to have someone trustworthy close by. I will not be returning and would not recommend their services.
UPDATE: my truck never felt right, so I had the alignment checked again by another shop. The readings speak for themselves. Big T is completely incompetent.
