Steve Ducharme I was in a bind...tried to clean the throttle body on my truck and messed up the computers idle settings. Maybe it was just fortunate timing, but, Kenny came out and plugged into my trucks computer right away and had it fixed in just a few minutes! Charged me a VERY fair fee and I was on my way!! (Had been quoted 3X that amount and would have to leave the vehicle overnight at another shop in town.) Now my "go to" shop! Would recommend them just on customer service and good attitude alone! Amy Weldon My vehicle was recently repaired yet damaged by this company. After my husband hit a deer, we took our mechanically sound vehicle in for body repair. After a month, I picked up my vehicle that has had nothing but mechanical issues since. Finding bolts not intact, breather box not connected, leaking hoses, and shacking and shuddering while driving with hard shifting in transmission. My husband reached out to them and of course it drove fine when they drove it, (had to have been the day I dropped it off)! Do Not Trust them

My girlfriend needed a plug in her tire while out on her her lunch break and they fixed her up so efficiently she made it back to work in time. They also helped her secure a used part to repair her window crank for a small repair, and a Jacks mechanic drove a mobility-limited coworkers car to her workplace after repairing it, and then walked back to the garage. Today I needed help getting air in some tires I mounted myself, and they stopped what they were doing to help me out, then didnt charge me. They are good people!
