Johnny Bishop If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely trash. The short guy at the front counter was extremely rude. He told me there was nothing wrong with the car, even though I had it towed in because it wouldn’t start consistently. I tired to explain this to him, but the little guy kept interrupting me to tell me the car was working fine. I gathered my composure to keep from lowering myself to his level and left. I found a shop with great customer service and one that would listen to the problem. Turned out to be a loose wire under the fuse box. They fixed it quickly and without issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS SHOP!

Kristi Malcom I’m new to the area and was in need of a trust worthy mechanic. After checking reviews of local shops, I opted to give Watkinsville Automotive a try. They have been great! I purchased a used car that ended up having a lot of issues, even leaving me stranded on the side of the road at one point. It’s been to the shop on 3 occasions for different things. I have found the pricing to be very reasonable. They communicated very well throughout the process. They made making payments and getting estimates so easy through text messages. My car now runs smoothly. Jeremy and his staff didn’t stop there though. They’ve called me multiple times to make sure the car was still running well and make sure I was ok. I appreciate them so much and they will now be my go-to mechanic.
