We were able to rent a Budget van to get where we needed to. Monday they had the vehicle fixed for us and on the road. They were compassionate, friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Macon area. Thank you to all of you there. You truly are a blessing.

Brandon Bonilla Spent all of last week calling just trying to get an answer. Got an answer the other day and they said they had what I needed but don’t ship (which I find odd cause numerous people are talking about shipping in their review) so I found a friend in the area to pick up for me 2 days later and no w the car is mysteriously crushed. Like why the hell didn’t you tell me that before I went through all the hassle of finding someone to pick up? You told me they were pulled and available then 2 days later the whole car is crushed? Sounds to me like they have no idea what they’re talking about.

tony santos The owner and personnel of this establishment are very rude! The lady who answers the phone first provides me with a quote INCLUDING SHIPPING (as I clearly confirmed we need it in Miami, FL) confirming she will send an email with the order request form, she never sends it and when I call back to confirm what she had said already she claims she doesnt understand and hangs the phone being rude. Then the owner proceeds to act the same way and not even apologize for giving wrong information. Very disrespectful, they will hang up the phone on you and not care about your order

Michael Napier Took my truck in for service after years of dealing with the local Ford dealer. Bought a set of four tires and had brakes put on my truck. The team helped me out and we found a great price. Service was awesome and my truck runs like a dream. Definitely will recommend to others.

Chris Jones They did a good job workmanship wise. Not much to complain about there. However, the leather passenger seat of my vehicle was damaged with a tear and a puncture (the technician apparently sat down in the seat with a screwdriver in his back pocket). I picked the vehicle up late on a Friday afternoon. I noticed the damage when I got into the vehicle the next morning. I called and spoke to them and emailed them pictures of the damage by request weeks ago. I have followed up several times after with absolutely no response.

The price was cheaper than competitors, but the quality of repair and professionalism in the office outshined the other repair shops I interacted with. I highly recommend them, its been close to a year since the repair, everything is working perfectly.

G Jones Just have to say that Alan at Master Transmissions is the real deal. This shop (and Alan) were highly recommended by someone who works at a local shop Ive been trusting for over 20 years. In fact, he told me that this was the only shop in Middle Georgia he trusted, the only shop that he knew would not rip me off. Alan and his crew checked out my problems and got me going again for a lot less than I expected! I am so happy that I now know an honest transmission place to go whenever I have these kinds of problems. He did not rip me off at all, even though he could have - transmissions are way beyond me and my friends know-how. The place stays busy, but theres a reason why - honest work at a fair price. Dont think twice about bringing your vehicle here.

Jennifer Dews I will never use this company again. I spent nearly $700 and as you can see and I still have multiple system errors showing. Let’s just say there is a serious miscommunication or listening problem. After returning my car a second time because errors were still showing up and it push started funny once more, I repeated what needed to be done. They kept my car through the weekend, Monday went by (no word), then Tuesday I called them. The mechanic said he pushed it to start and nothing showed. No check engine light, said he drove it 15 mins, no problem. When I picked it up THIS was my dash board. Then he preceded to explain that BSD was an error that had to do with my left wheel speed..something and he JUST noticed that when he cranked it back up before I got there. I will spare you the rest of his ignorance in this issue. I gave them two stars because the secretary was kind every time we spoke. I would not recommend R& N if you want your car FIXED.

Aaron Hill Got my van fixed and my employees back on the road faster than I could if I had sent our mechanic. Stayed open LATE and worked with me on the finances. Couldve easily charged hundreds more but didnt. I usually hate mechanic shops but this, this is a good one. If you live in Macon Id seriously not consider any other shop. I live in Missouri and might be bringing my 96 van back for an AC! I love this shop! A small dedicated dream team, just like my business!!

Rehoboth Farm Good local shop with a good work ethic. They are really good about notifying you when anything changes while they have the vehicle, and always ask before doing any work that will add to the price. On one job they fabricated a fix for me, to save me hundreds of dollars on a factory-only part. Very much appreciated.

Bow Hunter This correspondence serves as a formal review regarding the engine rebuild performed on our 2012 Ford F150 FX4 at Mosley’s Auto Sales. Initially, we dropped off the vehicle in October with the understanding that the repairs would take approximately 3-4 weeks. However, this timeline was grossly underestimated, and we did not receive our vehicle back until 4.5 months later. Throughout this period, my family and I have been in contact with this business via phone and in person on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, we have received inconsistent information regarding the status of our vehicle each time we inquired. During this period, we were informed that parts were on order, only to discover that the incorrect parts had been sent according to William. Further delays ensued while awaiting additional parts. Upon finally becoming frustrated with the dishonesty and lack of transparency from your establishment, I instructed my family to retrieve the vehicle. Upon arriving at the shop, we were informed that the vehicle did not have an exhaust system. We were advised that the exhaust system was faulty, and we were expected to pay an additional $1,200 for a new exhaust system. Notably, this issue was not communicated to us until after the vehicle had been in your possession for over 4.5 months. Furthermore, we were not previously informed that a new exhaust system was required. We took our vehicle to an exhaust shop and incurred an additional cost of nearly $800 to rectify this issue. Regrettably, upon returning our vehicle to Mosley’s Auto Sales due to ongoing engine issues, we were met with a series of excuses and delays. Despite being assured that our vehicle was in working order on April 30, 2025 by William, that they were replacing some springs and it was a 12 to 14 hour job. But the truck ran perfectly fine. The only issue was the fan motor wasn’t turning on cooling the engine which they said that it was fixed and they were working on the AC compressor to get it working. After not hearing from William on 5 May 2025. I called again and spoke with William. Where he then subsequently informed me of a major electrical problem on May 6, 2025. My question is how can I have a major electrical issue when it was just running fine Friday. You and your team were only trying to get the AC to work which ended up being a bad compressor and the bearings were bad. This establishment has failed to provide us with any documentation regarding the work conducted on our vehicle, including the name of the engine builder. Nothing as far as parts labor. We acknowledge that your team worked with my son to establish a payment plan, considering his circumstances as a single father with two children. We appreciate your willingness to accommodate his needs. However, if your team had been transparent and honest from the outset, this entire situation could have been avoided. In light of these circumstances, we have made the decision to retrieve our vehicle on May 9, 2025, and seek the services of another repair shop to conduct a thorough diagnostic assessment. We expect a higher level of professionalism and transparency in our business dealings, and it is unfortunate that Mosley’s Auto Sales has failed to meet these expectations. Took vehicle to big t tires within 4 days had a complete print out and diagnostic of said engine. In their professional opinion, the engine was never rebuilt the same issue that we brought it in for in September 2024 is the same issue that’s been going on. Lastly, they are unwilling to disclose the engine builders identity, the parts ordered, or the labor costs. As a result, we are left without a clear understanding of the work performed for the amount paid. Which I been in contact with the engineer builder and they have no knowledge of this engine being brought to them.

They were able to take my car into the shop on extremely short notice and repair my front bumper and headlights within a matter of days. The front desk attendant, Ms. Delena, was very helpful in discussing all the options and giving an itemized list of repairs I did or didnt want, and we were able to reduce the full frontal repair price down to $1400. It was genuinely great to work with them, and they helped me out of a very difficult spot. Would highly recommend their services!

R. Graham Leon provided excellent, quick service! In a world where car dealerships make you wait 2-3 months to repair your car and provide you with no means of transportation in the meantime or have you leave their shop with your car in worse shape than it was when you took it, Leon was a dream. Since it was nearly closing time when I called him about my car, he asked me to have it to him by 8a the next morning. I took it. Within 30 minutes he called me with a quote. By the end of my work day, my car was ready to be picked up. On top of his fast service and genuine desire to get my car back to me as quickly as possible, he didnt charge me a ridiculously large amount for the parts or labor. Its a blessing to know theres at least one good, honest mechanic available to us. I hope hes around a long time.

Tk Teka Never ever go there if you care about your car , I have most worse mechanic and hold my life Allen , he damaged my car and damage my transmission because he don’t know how to work in German car. My car is a Mercedes and he keep it for one month and he wasn’t able to put CV axle correct in my car and then he said no the problem is the transmission so after he charging me $750 after he was give me all the excuse in world for why he was late to fix my car he was want to charge me $ 3000 for transmission , for sure I don’t trust him so as I bring my vehicle on Towing truck, and was very simple problem, I get him Towing truck but I the car was one worse shape have more problem after he wasn’t able to do the job right but he charging me $750 and waste my time for months and the problem is I try to connect with the company. No one help me so they have the worst customer service and your right is going to go and what you are going to deal with losing and losing and losing and a lot of excusing. I hope this review reach to anyone his car is broke down before he put it in the place, and he treat me like this cause you see me as a foreign. My English is not good and I have an accent so I get advantage of me. And the problem is Allen he is the manger , so god bless to take my car from this place after he gets my money for nothing , to save your time to save your car never ever take risk and going over there. Tarek Tk It’s a terrible mistake to go this place in this facility if you have mechanical issues. I need help from the corporation of this company. Alan the manager there isn’t honest and doesn’t care about me as a customer or the place he works in. Since June 22,2025 up to today July8 my car is still stuck unfixed. He said need to change CV Axle, but he continues to get my hopes up by saying he will be done the next day, then next comes he s still waiting on a part and then he keeps coming up with a different excuse each day. Like I don’t have a mechanic, tools, he’s wife was in hospital, his computer wasn’t working for 2 days, I don’t have mechanic etc….So I need help to get my car out of this shop. I need help from the corporation.
