    ricky daniel: Traveling home from Atlanta back to south GA on a Sunday when my truck experienced extreme engine misfire. I got a room in Macon knowing I couldnt get home. A friend referred me to Calhoun Automotive, he knew the shop forman, Kevin. Kevin called me on a Sunday and told be to bring it Monday morning, that there would be a bay and a technician ready to look at it. Kristie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Within 2 hours Kevin informed me of the problem (a nicked wire on an injector), reviewed the diagnostic report and the recommended service I needed. Due to the expenses of the hotel and tow, financially the recommended repairs were a strain at that moment. I was told I was safe to get home and I was charged basically only for the diagnostics. Calhoun Auto treated me fairly and quickly allowed me to get on my way home. Its always a concern when you are away from home and need service like this; will I be treated fairly? The answer is a resounding yes. I will absolutely recommend them, they are honest and professional.

The front desk attendant, Ms. Delena, was very helpful in discussing all the options and giving an itemized list of repairs I did or didnt want, and we were able to reduce the full frontal repair price down to $1400. It was genuinely great to work with them, and they helped me out of a very difficult spot. Would highly recommend their services!

    Mid Logistics: Disaster So-called mechanic and emergency road side service which left my truck & trailer without a single call or even showing up. Called dispatcher multiple times and was told 90 minute wait, 3 hours later and still nobody arrived. Tried calling dispatcher and mechanic and neither answer their phone, return text messages, or even call when they said they would. DO NOT EVER CALL GEORGIA COMMERCIAL REPAIR FOR ANYTHING! Don’t waste your time.

    Chris Jones: They did a good job workmanship wise. Not much to complain about there. However, the leather passenger seat of my vehicle was damaged with a tear and a puncture (the technician apparently sat down in the seat with a screwdriver in his back pocket). I picked the vehicle up late on a Friday afternoon. I noticed the damage when I got into the vehicle the next morning. I called and spoke to them and emailed them pictures of the damage by request weeks ago. I have followed up several times after with absolutely no response.
