Brandon Durden Called out roadside and for $600+ to come 5 miles they sold me a recap that made it 150 miles. When I called asking about it they informed me that “ maybe my driver hit something.” Please avoid shady shops like this that just have an opportunity to rip someone off because they are from out of town. They aren’t doing business that they are willing to stand behind. If I could give zero stars I would definitely.

Donna Giddens Stopped in to get my oil changed and back tire repaired. It had a few nails in it that created a slow leak. I received quality service by all the employees. I even got a quote for some new tires. Service was fast.

Even though Roberts was busy, they kindly pried my door to open more widely, allowing me to limp back to NC with a damaged front. Although deer encounters are common, it was my first and hopefully last.

xXEclipse WolfXx I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The people who work here are complete scammers. I took my vehicle here to get repaired because it was making a terrible noise. They reassured me that they would fix the issue. They fixed it alright...more like fixed their pockets to slendal me out of my money. When I went to pick my car up, it was still making the same noise. I couldnt believe it. They fixed my CV Axel but the next day when I took it back they told me it was my transmission. I am a single mother raising 2 kids and I dont have time to be spending out money for a smaller issue when theres a bigger issue that needed to be addressed. When I brought it to their attention their attitude was like, " oh well we couldnt have known." Thats a complete lie. Anyone out there that needs any work done on your vehicle, Im begging you to take your vehicle to Southern Auto. They are loving men and they will not take advantage of single young women. I should have never trusted this place of business. Ladies Please Please Beware!!

z71 nation I have never left a review on anything before but after the experience I have had with this shop I can’t help but to first off I took my ford fusion there to have just a thermostat replaced because it wasn’t getting up to correct temperature was running cool by what the gauge cluster was showing well they changed that and it did nothing still was the same then they said I needed a water pump/timing belt/tensioner pulley so I said okay that’s fine do what you need to do well that was all $1200 later I get the car back now all of a sudden I drove car home noticed it wasn’t running right like it was lacking power that’s because the timing wasn’t right on it they didn’t have it in spec then I noticed pulling down my driveway and parking in carport on my concrete I have a terrible oil leak climb under car to realize it’s missing the bolt from the back side of crankshaft well take the car back up there and they keep it another 3 weeks saying timing kit had to be ordered for it and all this stuff well finally got the car back after a month of it being there in total the timing was back right they cleaned the engine changed oil just for couple days later for us to notice it was still leaking oil from somewhere and keep in mind never had a trouble with a oil leak prior to taking car there to get worked on this time I didn’t call back didn’t take car up there and have since took it somewhere else for someone else to have to fix others issues and cost me more money and on top of that the temp gauge in car still wasn’t getting up to operation temp was running cold I went to oreillys bought a $30 coolant temp sensor took 5 minutes to put it in and they gauge got up to operating temperature after that so they couldn’t find that issue from the beginning I’m not one to complain about anything or belittle anybody but I was more than patient with them never got frustrated with them even after so long without the car I am just irritated that I paid $1200 and was without the car for a month basically to be left with other problems that wasn’t there before I’m not sure what kind of folks they have working for them but I will never have them touch another vehicle I own lesson learned the hard way I really feel like I was done crappy by these people and I hate to feel that way but I work hard for my money and can’t afford to fork over that kind of money then to leave me with more issues with my car than what I even went in there with just wanted to share my very honest experience with others I get some will have good experiences and have had good business with them and that’s fine I understand but the same cannot be said for everyone.

I want no parts of this company. The lady… which if I have to tell you “the lady” that means I’m impartial because she did not introduce herself at all. I still have no idea who I was talking to. She told me that she was going to have someone give me a call and send someone to me. Even took down my address and giving out false hope. I do not appreciate any company that operates out of that manner. I’d advise seeking out someone else besides this company. You should feel respected and good about spending your money and assured. Not feeling robbed, insecure, or bothersome.

Nobody touches the timing or tuning of my car but these guys!!! I have a holley on my car and it hasnt been touched since he adjusted it bran new out the box, runs fine with no problem! I dont have to worry about quality with my car with these guys, because the way it runs says enough!!!

We chatted and I introduced myself as being a new resident. Johnny was awesome and through my service, he provided me with a free service today, Thank you Johnny and the Mavis Team. They are so friendly and courteous, rendering the best customer service to its customers.

Marvin Freeman I came in from Virginia with nails in the driver side front tire. My mind was in panic mode. Drove in to Mavis Tires and Brakes as soon as I parked the car, Mr. Johnnie greeted me as i waa getting out of my car. I told him my situation and he and his the team were immediately on it. Not only did they resolve my issue, they noticed a few more issues which were a missing lug nut and alignment. When I say thier service was awesome. I mean awesome in all CAPS. Im also big fan of customer service and Mavis services was beyond my expectations. If I could give them a thousand star rating, I would. Thank you so much to Mr Johnnie and his Mavis team. They really saved the day. Especially being from out of town.

Funny lil Valentine Big shout out to the store manager who went above and beyond to get a special tool to do my brake job. He couldnt find one nearby, so he called his tool company and had one delivered. He literally saved the day! Also, Jonelle is so kind and friendly, she really made me feel like family. The entire staff is very nice and professional. The mechanics who worked on my vehicle actually took the time to explain step-by-step what they were doing to make me feel at ease. Honestly, I cannot say enough NICE things about the staff in Fitzgerald, GA. FIVE STAR SERVICE 100%!

I trust Mavis to do the work and keep me safe with new brakes installed. I was told that my vehicle needed brakes at my service appointment with Mavis a week ago from my first appointment, checking my tire pressure. I knew that I needed brakes so I knew that Mavis was not just adding on something extra as a charge to me. I trust Mavis as a woman because many shops will over charge some women.
