He couldnt find one nearby, so he called his tool company and had one delivered. He literally saved the day! Also, Jonelle is so kind and friendly, she really made me feel like family. The entire staff is very nice and professional. The mechanics who worked on my vehicle actually took the time to explain step-by-step what they were doing to make me feel at ease. Honestly, I cannot say enough NICE things about the staff in Fitzgerald, GA. FIVE STAR SERVICE 100%!

    Michael Miller: My family of 7 broke down on 75 on our way back to Kentucky 10 hours from our destination, AAA called and enterprise or hertz couldn’t help. Triple A put us in touch with the tow truck driver Richard who came out very quickly and even confirmed our diagnosis of a busted heater hose. He called his girlfriend to bring up her personal vehicle to get our family to the repair shop, 20 minutes away. Very nice people, had the part in and we’re back out in about an hour. Great price, and amazing people. They came to our rescue and essentially gave us the shirt of their back. Can’t say enough good about Richard and the guys in the shop. Thanks again from the Atzinger/Miller family.

    yuli Ocasio: Update: While I’m still thankful that my car was towed so promptly. After having my mechanic take a look at my car because my gas gauge was damaged and would no longer move from full after the repair and the gas smell was still strong in the car even though there was no leak. My mechanic sent me pictures of a part that was left unplugged which caused the gas smell in the car. Smell gone within hours after my mechanic plugged it. My seat screws where stripped, The gas gauge connectors had cracks and a red part the was broken off. My fuel pump cost $744, online prices are all over the place but my mechanic said at most $300-400 but being an emergency and needing the part next day I won’t even fight that price too much just the other things done wrong. Original review Towed my car within the hour and fixed it (fuel pump replacement) within 2 days while my car broke down during a trip. I have an Audi and he had to wait on parts otherwise would have probably been even faster. Very reasonable prices. Thank you so much!!!
