Wilson Otis “Lord Altivo” Very fast and friendly. Would definitely go there again. More helpful and able to help than expected. Called me by name and never felt like a number. Not positive but from the way they talked it seemed like a Christian establishment.

Brandon Durden Called out roadside and for $600+ to come 5 miles they sold me a recap that made it 150 miles. When I called asking about it they informed me that “ maybe my driver hit something.” Please avoid shady shops like this that just have an opportunity to rip someone off because they are from out of town. They aren’t doing business that they are willing to stand behind. If I could give zero stars I would definitely.

M Haywood I wish I didnt have to use this service, but I unfortunately found myself in a situation I couldnt get out of. Fortunately, they made the unlucky situation smooth and got to us ASAP which really helped us go back to work. Thank you so much for helping us when no one else would. I will be using yall again if I have to.

xXEclipse WolfXx I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The people who work here are complete scammers. I took my vehicle here to get repaired because it was making a terrible noise. They reassured me that they would fix the issue. They fixed it alright...more like fixed their pockets to slendal me out of my money. When I went to pick my car up, it was still making the same noise. I couldnt believe it. They fixed my CV Axel but the next day when I took it back they told me it was my transmission. I am a single mother raising 2 kids and I dont have time to be spending out money for a smaller issue when theres a bigger issue that needed to be addressed. When I brought it to their attention their attitude was like, " oh well we couldnt have known." Thats a complete lie. Anyone out there that needs any work done on your vehicle, Im begging you to take your vehicle to Southern Auto. They are loving men and they will not take advantage of single young women. I should have never trusted this place of business. Ladies Please Please Beware!!

z71 nation I have never left a review on anything before but after the experience I have had with this shop I can’t help but to first off I took my ford fusion there to have just a thermostat replaced because it wasn’t getting up to correct temperature was running cool by what the gauge cluster was showing well they changed that and it did nothing still was the same then they said I needed a water pump/timing belt/tensioner pulley so I said okay that’s fine do what you need to do well that was all $1200 later I get the car back now all of a sudden I drove car home noticed it wasn’t running right like it was lacking power that’s because the timing wasn’t right on it they didn’t have it in spec then I noticed pulling down my driveway and parking in carport on my concrete I have a terrible oil leak climb under car to realize it’s missing the bolt from the back side of crankshaft well take the car back up there and they keep it another 3 weeks saying timing kit had to be ordered for it and all this stuff well finally got the car back after a month of it being there in total the timing was back right they cleaned the engine changed oil just for couple days later for us to notice it was still leaking oil from somewhere and keep in mind never had a trouble with a oil leak prior to taking car there to get worked on this time I didn’t call back didn’t take car up there and have since took it somewhere else for someone else to have to fix others issues and cost me more money and on top of that the temp gauge in car still wasn’t getting up to operation temp was running cold I went to oreillys bought a $30 coolant temp sensor took 5 minutes to put it in and they gauge got up to operating temperature after that so they couldn’t find that issue from the beginning I’m not one to complain about anything or belittle anybody but I was more than patient with them never got frustrated with them even after so long without the car I am just irritated that I paid $1200 and was without the car for a month basically to be left with other problems that wasn’t there before I’m not sure what kind of folks they have working for them but I will never have them touch another vehicle I own lesson learned the hard way I really feel like I was done crappy by these people and I hate to feel that way but I work hard for my money and can’t afford to fork over that kind of money then to leave me with more issues with my car than what I even went in there with just wanted to share my very honest experience with others I get some will have good experiences and have had good business with them and that’s fine I understand but the same cannot be said for everyone.

Erin Livingston I have a79 mc, havent had the first problem out of it for 9 years! Steve and Scott are the best and honest mechanics I know! Nobody touches the timing or tuning of my car but these guys!!! I have a holley on my car and it hasnt been touched since he adjusted it bran new out the box, runs fine with no problem! I dont have to worry about quality with my car with these guys, because the way it runs says enough!!!

Cassidy Jenkins Today, I had a car problem. I came in and everyone spoke and had great customer service. The crew that help me was Chase and Dillion and fix my car problem Within 5 minutes. Overall I had a great experience. Everyone should come up and visit if you have any issues and they will happily help you.

karen Johnson-Page I am at Mavis Tire in Fitzgerald Georgia. Johnny is the technician who checked me in. I had to have my tires checked for low pressure. He found the issue. We chatted and I introduced myself as being a new resident. Johnny was awesome and through my service, he provided me with a free service today, Thank you Johnny and the Mavis Team. They are so friendly and courteous, rendering the best customer service to its customers.

Funny lil Valentine Big shout out to the store manager who went above and beyond to get a special tool to do my brake job. He couldnt find one nearby, so he called his tool company and had one delivered. He literally saved the day! Also, Jonelle is so kind and friendly, she really made me feel like family. The entire staff is very nice and professional. The mechanics who worked on my vehicle actually took the time to explain step-by-step what they were doing to make me feel at ease. Honestly, I cannot say enough NICE things about the staff in Fitzgerald, GA. FIVE STAR SERVICE 100%!

M I just can’t say this enough…THANK YOU. I was doing some yard work on the tractor and got it stuck…on 11/23/23 yes 2 days till Christmas and Mr. Simpson came and got me out, the biggest surprise—out of the generosity of his heart no charge—he told me “Merry Christmas and remember me when you really need me” & left…I was absolutely overwhelmed, he was professional and very quick and kind. If I ever need anything auto related or towing he’s got my business no questions!

Michael Miller My family of 7 broke down on 75 on our way back to Kentucky 10 hours from our destination, AAA called and enterprise or hertz couldn’t help. Triple A put us in touch with the tow truck driver Richard who came out very quickly and even confirmed our diagnosis of a busted heater hose. He called his girlfriend to bring up her personal vehicle to get our family to the repair shop, 20 minutes away. Very nice people, had the part in and we’re back out in about an hour. Great price, and amazing people. They came to our rescue and essentially gave us the shirt of their back. Can’t say enough good about Richard and the guys in the shop. Thanks again from the Atzinger/Miller family.

Angel Martinez David was amazing. The first shop I went said my car was totaled and I really wanted to keep it. I called for a tow thinking I would have to part it out, he said he did auto body work and might be able to fix it. Sure enough he fixed my car. He always answered my calls when I had questions. I’m a single mom and him saving my paid off car rather than having to get a new car that wasn’t as nice or have to get a new car with payments.. it’s saved me so much. James Smith One of my truck tires blew out and I desperately needed a replacement in order to continue my trip. I stopped by this establishment to ask for assistance in locating a tire shop. To my pleasent surprise, the employee made a call and had a mobile repairman delivery a tire and change it on the spot. I am very grateful for the concern given by this establishment.

Ms Pretty Spires My husband and I had a flat on a trailer we was pulling. We stopped here to get it fixed. We was there 30 minutes before we could find anyone to get another tire. We didnt even make it to Tifton before that tire blew out. I hope that maybe it wasnt Mr Edmonsons fault. Maybe he had someone sell him a bad tire.
