Nelson Navarro While driving up blue ridge Ga from South Florida, my 6.7 F-250 decided to throw a low pressure fuel code. Unfortunately it was Sunday in southern Ga, and just about every shop/parts store was closed. I was fortunate enough to find S&S automotive & diesel services. Francisco Morales Took my car( Ford Fusion) in for a head gasket repair after the Ford dealership tried to up charge me since the car was newer. With this place I Was shocked at the great price and confidence to fix it when they inspected my car and quoted me. Ryan Lucas "2700 worse case scenario".....3000 dollars paid and still being harrassed for more after theyve not fixed a single issue ive had. Thats a bad scenario....Their ability to be confident in overcharging and not fixing problems that were specifically addressed is astounding. Impressive really. Then sending it out "fixed" time and time again, just to be stranded paying for tows. And to top it all off. In the end I still have to deal with issues and fix the sending units and primer bulb they installed. Im no mechanic. But I know my tank shouldnt run out at a 1/4. I know several parts I have that didnt need replaced that they insisted it needed. I know that because I put my old parts back on and they function the same. They quoted me 4000 for Injectors when my problem was collapsed fuel lines. SnS diesel is incompetent, slow, and overpriced. Get a second opinion. Hinesville is the best bet for diesel stuff... after 4 months and what must have been the 10th time picking my truck up "fixed" Ive finally had enough. Update. Fuel sending unit failed again. Thanks for literally 3 thousand dollars wasted...

Rita Mahmood My daughter and I found ourselves stranded 4 hrs from home on a Friday late afternoon. We were able to get our car the .02miles by 5 oclock. Even though they closed at 6pm they still worked us in. We were offered a safe air conditioned room to rest and the use of their restroom. When he couldnt do the repairs he allowed us to store or car in his garage (free of charge) overnight and stayed with us until an Uber was able to pick us up and take us to a hotel. The next day we were unable to get back to shop before they closed. They agreed to place car outside garage and hide the keys so we could pick up when tow finally made it. I offered to reimburse them for their kindness, but they refused. They are truly Blessed Souls and will be rewarded for their care and kindness tgey gave to my daughter and I in such a scary time for us. God Bless them always THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️!!

Om Grown Art helped us out with our 95 G30 van when we were in a bind on the road trying to get back home. We almost got stranded about 4 hours from home. Luckily he was able to fix our alternator the same day as a walk in customer. He does great work in reasonable time for great prices. He also checked on us later to make sure the work was holding up. We 10/10 recommend Wisenbaker’s Garage and Art!

James Lee My vehicle broke down 400 miles from home on I75. I contacted Mathews Automotive and they made last minute arrangements to get me in that day with Scott (mechanic). I was towed to their shop and Scott immediately started analyzing my vehicle. Within 30 minutes he determined the fuel pump needed replaced. The pump was ordered and scheduled to be delivered the following morning. Matt the owner took me to my hotel and returned to pick me up the following morning once my vehicle was repaired. Gave it one more shot and the guy answered again yelling at the top of his lungs. This is NOT a place for people of color and they deserve to be put out of business. KenneyP I was having issues with a 2011 Toyota Camry, I previously took it to a different repair shop in town. They replaced a part but it didn’t fix the issue, I then went to a different repair shop who referred me to this Ed Copeland Auto Service. I was very pleased with the work which resulted in my car being fixed. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and their attention to detail. They didn’t stop until they found the issue, which turned out to be a component had come loose and was letting unregulated air enter the system. I would recommend anyone take your vehicle there if you want it fixed right.

carlos freeman I was on my way to Miami and and had an engine failure, figured out that cylinder #4 was misfiring, called Nedsley and he advised me that most probably was the coil pack, he told where to get it and guided me in the right direction since it was really late, he even offered to help in case I needed, and charged me 0 dollars for his knowledge which literally saved my trip, there aren’t many honest mechanics around anymore but he is definitely one of the few left, if you have an issue don’t hesitate to call him! Tina B Unfortunately its no longer Earl Copeland its J & W they are simply taking advantage of that names reputation. I was initially grateful for their prompt assistance and reasonable pricing to resolve my issue. However, 3 days after my "repair" multiple fuses blew. I was very clear that fire damaged my rear light assembly and was assured they could handle any electrical issues. I requested a diagnostics initially to find any electrical shortages and fix them and I was charged for it. Yet when I returned my vehicle due to the issues I was told an error code came up and due to the age of my vehicle they simple couldnt find the part. Upon further inquiry I was told they would need to actually do a diagnostics to find the issue which I was under the impression was done to start with and I paid for. Needless to say I was without my vehicle over two additional weeks only to be told they had done all they could & it needed to go to a body shop. Body Shops dont fix electrical issues! I called several of them & automotive shops prior to ever bringing to this shop. As a single Disabled mom I was VERY CLEAR I was limited on funds and needed a diagnostics done to verify any issues to budget accordingly. I ultimately spent hundreds of dollars to now have a vehicle I still cant drive. Its very frustrating as I was highly recommended to this shop as Earl Copeland and the owner of J & W clearly doesnt hold the same standards, reputation, & ethics.

Paul Vider I have 4 old cars and Earl has worked on two of them. I am very pleased so far with their work. It is difficult to find a great mechanic Earl and his crew have impressed me with their knowledge and ability to fix the problem right the first time. The cost is reasonable too. I was suppose to pick up my truck and it had another issue when I started it. Earl offered to give me a ride home. He is a nice christian man with a pleasant disposition. Earl is quite humorous at times too. Thank you guys for your work so far!

Vincent Preaster Not sure, Ill check my oil later to make my levels are okay; however, I would like to inform that no one showed me my levels upon completion nor did I get a sticker in my windshield to remind me of mileage suggested for next upcoming oil change. They did not reset my oil change indication on my dash either, so my cars indicating I still need an oil change.Absolutely unacceptable, especially after waiting for an hour. I also find the garages very unorganized. Motors and parts everywhere in every garage bays. I’m aware they work on cars, but this was something different.The waiting area very hot, no air conditioning as u wait.Very unprofessional look. U asked,so I informed.

Jessica Davis I have a 2004 Buick, my a/c went out. Every where I went in Valdosta quoted me an extremely high price, it was over $150 cheaper at Master Tech!! He also found I had a broken motor mount when checking the compressor, my grand total for these repairs was still cheaper than the quote for just the a/c everywhere else. The owner and his wife were so friendly! They didnt try to sell me unnecessary repairs, and the repair only took a few hours I would recommend Master Tech to anyone!!

The mechanic on duty was extremely helpful, gave us a ride back to our hotel, was able to get our truck started with a simple fix of our key fob and didnt charge me!
