Ryan Bishop I could have done a better job with spray paint under a pine tree. There was so much trash in the paint and he lied about replacing my fender also charged me $1000 to paint hood and fender flares and they look horrible.

S Patricia I used to go here back when it was still Mask Tire Co. Now as Southside Tire, there are a lot of the same guys working here. They do a great job, are fast and fair. I came today for a tire rotation and balance on my RAV4 and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Josh, who was working the desk, was also very nice.

He walked me through the specs, answered every question with confidence, and ultimately helped me choose the perfect set of four brand-new tires—even though I originally came in for just one flat! Adam’s product knowledge and communication skills clearly stood out, but what really impressed me was his ability to present financing options that made the purchase work within my budget. He introduced me to Acima financing, and I was approved for nearly $3,000. Even better, the full tire replacement came out to just $636—a fantastic deal. Because of the high level of professionalism, honesty, and care shown throughout the process, I will be recommending Southside Tire to my family, friends, coworkers, and church community. Shoutout as well to Dwight, who helped Adam with servicing my vehicle—they worked seamlessly together and made the entire experience smooth and efficient. Service like this is hard to come by. Southside Tire is lucky to have a team member like Adam who goes above and beyond for customers.

Ana Mendez For 3 weeks I was getting the runaround from a local dealership about repairing my sons key fob. After 2 appointments, I was told twice by the dealership that it would cost me $179 for a diagnostic and an additional $500 just to get the electrician to "take a look". Neither ever happened and gladly didnt spend any money. I then took the car to JB FULL SERVICE AUTO REPAIR FAYETTEVILLE one morning, after New Years Day, at 8:30 without an appointment. Natalia was able to help me right away and within 4 hours received a new key fob programmed to the vehicle and I spent less than the dealership quoted me. Quick, honest and great quality customer service! JB will definitely be my new local auto service and repair go- to from now on! Highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

Sharjeel Mughal Ive been going to Grease Monkey for a while now, first in Midtown and then to the Fayetteville location after moving here, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. Everything started off normally. I presented the usual $20 off coupon that Grease Monkey emails out, and the tech kindly said they’d take $30 off instead. Great! I even got handed a "free gift", of a fuel cleaner, before being told my total was $125. That immediately felt off, since I’ve never paid more than $80 here, even with 7 quarts of oil. I stepped outside and compared my previous invoices. That’s when I noticed they charged me $25 twice, once for the so-called "free" fuel cleaner and another time for an oil cleaner I didn’t ask for or approve. I went back to bring it up and to their credit, they refunded the extra charges. That should’ve been the end of it, until the manager/owner told me I’ve been using expired coupons and “knew what I was doing.” Excuse me? These are coupons that Grease Monkey emails me directly. I’ve never been told they were invalid, let alone accused of intentionally misusing them. Being rushed out of the bay, charged for things I didn’t authorize, and then being berated when pointing it out? That’s not just poor customer service, it’s shady. If you visit this location, be extremely cautious and triple-check your invoice for any mysterious add-ons or “free gifts” that somehow end up costing you.

John Parker I was in from Nashville to bring my grandson to a football camp when my 20 year old Hyundai started throwing an oil pressure ligt (flickering). I know a bit about engines and this could have been caused by anything from a simple sensor to a much more expensive job like replacing an oil pump or dropping the oil pan to clean the intake. They could have easily took me to the cleaners unless I stood over them and watched the work. It turned out to be a fairly easy fix where the wiring harness to the sensor was damaged. Not only were they honest with me, they got me in, diagnosed, and repaired in less that a half day after I explained my predicament of being stranded a few hundred miles from home. If I lived anywhere in the area I would definitely be a regular customer.

Taraeh DeGrasse I stopped in for a quote on brakes. I was quoted $400 to $500. I went to another facility and was quoted $100. Big difference. I will never go here for anything or recommend this place.

I come to get my engine oil replaced and they always check everything out from the lights to even the windshield wipes. I definitely can say I trust them completely with my car.

Dewey Morris Look before you pay thousands with them make SURE you get a second diagnostic somewhere else. I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced here for years. Never had a problem until recently. They are not honest, after paying them over 5,000 for a timing chain replacement. They told me I had an oil leak from turbo return oil line. The 1st estimate over 2,900. The 2nd time the quote was 1,600 and once technician get in there, there could be more leaks, if so it will be 3,600. They inspected my car 3 times, and told me my turbo oil return line needs to be replaced. I found an honest mechanic that builds engines, I ordered the part from BMW for 177.00 the turbo oil return line. The mechanic told me it was not the turbo oil return line it was the washer and o-ring. I ordered both from BMW. The washer was 22.00 the o-ring was for 5.00. It only took him a little over an hour to stop that oil leak. He charged me 60.00 bucks. I couldn’t believe it I paid 200.00. So grateful I found him. Oh I forgot they told me my warranty was voided on the 5,000.00 timing chain repair until I get the oil lines repaired. A Mess.

Anonymous I took my boyfriend’s car here, and the service has really gone downhill. We were overcharged and told one thing, only to end up paying out more money. Last time, the car came back with a dent and scratches, and a rim cap was mysteriously missing—no one could explain why. Shortly after, the AC stopped working. I believe their intentions are suspect with money hungry motives. Very disappointed.

Anthony Keith More4Less is a great auto repair shop. I had a failed transmission and the dealership gave me the run around. The backlog @ the dealership for a diagnostics was weeks long and they didn’t honor the warranty. More4Less was able to source me a transmission and install it, my Genesis G70 drives like new. Great customer service , communication and knowledgeable. They have my business going forward. If you need an honest place to service your vehicle go check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Griffin Marcus (Little Junkers) A Lifesaver for My F-550s 19.5" Tires! My recent visit to Hoffman Automotive last Friday was an absolute game-changer! I had been dreading the process of getting new 19.5" tires mounted, balanced, and installed on my F-550. I called what felt like every tire shop in the area, and to my frustration, almost all of them told me they didnt work with that size. I was mentally preparing for a long drive to Atlanta to get the job done, but then I found Hoffman Automotive. What a relief! Ameralis Sherman I experienced an emergency in having a flat tire, received road side assistance to fill it enough to make to Hoffman. I’ve been there before for tire assistance and received exceptional assistance from a young lady “TC” - this time she assisted me with the same glaze. I thought I was the only one receiving this treatment but as I observed her on this busy Saturday, she treated EVERYONE the same way…. and it was consistently busy. The new tire is a perfect. Amazing how talent and professionalism make a business successful!
