5 /5 John Parker: I was in from Nashville to bring my grandson to a football camp when my 20 year old Hyundai started throwing an oil pressure ligt (flickering). I know a bit about engines and this could have been caused by anything from a simple sensor to a much more expensive job like replacing an oil pump or dropping the oil pan to clean the intake. They could have easily took me to the cleaners unless I stood over them and watched the work. It turned out to be a fairly easy fix where the wiring harness to the sensor was damaged. Not only were they honest with me, they got me in, diagnosed, and repaired in less that a half day after I explained my predicament of being stranded a few hundred miles from home. If I lived anywhere in the area I would definitely be a regular customer.

1 /5 Pam Brogdon: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY On December 18, 2024 I spoke with the business about getting an estimate to repair my vehicle. They referred a towing service and I had it towed to Top quality on December 20th. On the 24th, I called and left a vm with my name and why I was calling. No response. On the 20th of January 2025, I called again leaving a vm with my information and why I was calling. I received 2 return calls within minutes of each other. The 2nd one informing me that, after several unsuccessful attempts to reach me, my car had been towed to Tara Wrecker and if I had any questions I needed to contact the wrecker company. I have no missed calls or vms from top quality. When I requested documentation from the business of these calls they did not wish to produce it. Fayetteville police department officers escorted me into the business today, February 6th, on my 3rd attempt to resolve this, Adam Crocker, the owner, refused my request to settle this by paying impound and towing fees, which are now in excess of $1000.
