Every time I go there, I give Chris a blank check...."do whatever is needed" and Ive never felt taken advantage of. Been several times Ive said, "I think (whatever) probably needs to be done." Many times I come back and Chris will say, "Yeah, we looked at that and its fine, maybe next time but youre good for now." Not many car repair shops that I trust to not take advantage but Chris never has.

5 /5 Samuel Garcia: May 2024 My mother-in-law recommended this place because she was impressed with their customer service and pricing. 5 stars for communication and customer service. I went there for a diagnostic for my wifes busted A/C on a 13 Nissan Sentra. The quoted price was about $750 over what -in my head - I thought was worst case scenario. However, Chris was detailed in explaining what was happening. I ended up to going to a different place that charged a fraction of the price (but just for the a/c compressor labor ---I supplied them with the compressor.) The A/C works better now but this other place warned me that I should probably also replace the condenser and possibly some other components.... so we MAYBE we shouldve just done it all at once with Import Performance... idk tbd

Dewey Morris: Look before you pay thousands with them make SURE you get a second diagnostic somewhere else. I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced here for years. Never had a problem until recently. They are not honest, after paying them over 5,000 for a timing chain replacement. They told me I had an oil leak from turbo return oil line. The 1st estimate over 2,900. The 2nd time the quote was 1,600 and once technician get in there, there could be more leaks, if so it will be 3,600. They inspected my car 3 times, and told me my turbo oil return line needs to be replaced. I found an honest mechanic that builds engines, I ordered the part from BMW for 177.00 the turbo oil return line. The mechanic told me it was not the turbo oil return line it was the washer and o-ring. I ordered both from BMW. The washer was 22.00 the o-ring was for 5.00. It only took him a little over an hour to stop that oil leak. He charged me 60.00 bucks. I couldn’t believe it I paid 200.00. So grateful I found him. Oh I forgot they told me my warranty was voided on the 5,000.00 timing chain repair until I get the oil lines repaired. A Mess.

janessa darden: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to this location . I dropped my car off because it was overheating on Saturday June 28th. Mike called me and stated that I need my water pump replaced .. the total cost for repair was 1,046.. I told him to go ahead and fix it. He then called the same day and said everything was fixed and I could pick it up. I arrived to pick up my car on Monday June 30th and within 10 minutes of me driving over my car completely overheated again. I called Mike and he had it towed back to their shop and stated that it could now be the thermostat (confused because for 1,046 dollars I assumed they properly diagnosed and checked this stuff) .. Tuesday I called to get an update and Bernard (front desk) told me that I now had a blown head gasket .. !! Mike told me that because the water pump and thermostat was replaced it must be a blown head gasket. I instructed them to stop working on my car and close my hood I would come pick it up. Believing I now had a blown head gasket.. I had my car towed to “the signature shop” who specializes in engine and transmissions.. they properly tested and diagnosed everything and I DID NOT HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET!! Midas just did not know what they were doing and scammed me out of 1,046 dollars.. in total I’ve spent 1,700 dollars between both shops.. When I called to be refunded by Midas of course Mike was giving me a hard time telling me he could get in trouble for refunding me, and his boss is in Europe. He was super nice in the beginning but very nonchalant and dismissive when it was time to be accountable. I am still working through corporate to try to get my money back. Do not take your car here under any circumstances.. Thanks to the signature shop in morrow my car now runs perfectly and is now in my garage . lesson learned the hard way.

Dropped it off Sunday night, Monday confirmed they had it, went over my issues. Tuesday they called to confirm services can be done... Thursday it was ready for pick up.... Ill be providing another review based on the service done to my vehicle at a later time.... but so far Im very pleased
