1 /5 janessa darden: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to this location . I dropped my car off because it was overheating on Saturday June 28th. Mike called me and stated that I need my water pump replaced .. the total cost for repair was 1,046.. I told him to go ahead and fix it. He then called the same day and said everything was fixed and I could pick it up. I arrived to pick up my car on Monday June 30th and within 10 minutes of me driving over my car completely overheated again. I called Mike and he had it towed back to their shop and stated that it could now be the thermostat (confused because for 1,046 dollars I assumed they properly diagnosed and checked this stuff) .. Tuesday I called to get an update and Bernard (front desk) told me that I now had a blown head gasket .. !! Mike told me that because the water pump and thermostat was replaced it must be a blown head gasket. I instructed them to stop working on my car and close my hood I would come pick it up. Believing I now had a blown head gasket.. I had my car towed to “the signature shop” who specializes in engine and transmissions.. they properly tested and diagnosed everything and I DID NOT HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET!! Midas just did not know what they were doing and scammed me out of 1,046 dollars.. in total I’ve spent 1,700 dollars between both shops.. When I called to be refunded by Midas of course Mike was giving me a hard time telling me he could get in trouble for refunding me, and his boss is in Europe. He was super nice in the beginning but very nonchalant and dismissive when it was time to be accountable. I am still working through corporate to try to get my money back. Do not take your car here under any circumstances.. Thanks to the signature shop in morrow my car now runs perfectly and is now in my garage . lesson learned the hard way.

Larry was very professional and knowledgeable of the issues I had with my car. He provided me with a list of other issues I have with my car and provided prices. I decided to get other things done today because Larry explained in great detail how changing my filters will help my car drive better. Thank you for the great service!

5 /5 Bobby D: One of my best experiences, Adam mechanic/auto shop. My own phone experience was great. Mr. Bernard informed me and answered all of my questions. The pricing was Good it was one of the lowest options. The Customer Service and time was excellent will definitely be back.

He took the time to clearly explain my car issues and he made me feel comfortable and confident with his knowledge, care, and concern. I will definitely be back in 2,000 miles. Great staff and I can tell they enjoy and love what they do.
