wasevslas1 They were able to fix our air conditioner with a new clutch for less than $300. Unfortunately we had taken it to another mechanic in cataula that replaced just about everything related to the air conditioner $2400 and it still didn’t work. We will be using Sheffield’s in the future.

Donnycans Had an excellent experience at this shop, I wouldnt recommend any other shop in the area. all i needed was an alternator replaced for my e38, I received quotes upwards of $1000, and having replaced the alternator 2 days prior i know how long it should take and other establishments tried to B.S. Me. Rick over at Tims took very good care of me, got the car back sooner than expected for a price that was unbeatable. Once again i highly recommend this shop to any soldier who doesnt want to get gouged some of the surrounding shops in the area across the river

Cap Ed. I spoke to the owner about getting my car AC fixed.. well its been over 2 weeks and nothing was resolved or even SEEN for that matter. All I got was excuses and delays. Ive been there twice during normal business hours, good luck finding someone who is physically there to speak with. I dont like leaving bad reviews but there is no excuse for giving customers the run around. I would have been a first time customer but based off how I was treated, Id recommend somewhere else more professional.

Zae B I spent a lot of money with him, one of the biggest mistakes I ever made,this review page literally wouldn’t be long enough to get into detail he will lie directly to your face on demand, doesn’t value the quality of his own work as long as your paying I can only imagine how many ppl have to bring their vehicle back so he can correct his own work so for him to have his own building is Diabolical he will always tell you a show of how some lady tried to sue him and when you first hear the story coming from him you may take his side but once you start seeing the non sense it immediately becomes clear.

Jeb Broyles I had massive engine problems and my clutch went out. Steve was super helpful in fixing all my problems within a timely manner! He swapped out my engine, and replaced my clutch. The job was done to perfection and it feels like I’m driving a new truck. Would recommend to anyone looking for great work at a great price.

Mario Lee’s was such a pleasure to work with! My clutch went out completely and they gave me an incredibly fair price and had it fixed within 3 days! Everywhere else I called was quoting me way more and it would have taken them weeks to get to it. The gentlemen there were super communicative and always called before making any changes we didn’t previously discuss (my fly wheel also went out and they called, explained it to me and wanted to make sure I was ok with the repair before they did anything since it would raise my price). The thing that really sealed it for me was as I was picking my car up both gentlemen made sure I knew that there was a warranty on their repair unprompted. That just showed me they were confident in their work. I absolutely plan on using them for my future automotive repair needs and have been telling any of my friends with car trouble to hit up Lee’s!

On one job they fabricated a fix for me, to save me hundreds of dollars on a factory-only part. Very much appreciated.

Bow Hunter This correspondence serves as a formal review regarding the engine rebuild performed on our 2012 Ford F150 FX4 at Mosley’s Auto Sales. Initially, we dropped off the vehicle in October with the understanding that the repairs would take approximately 3-4 weeks. However, this timeline was grossly underestimated, and we did not receive our vehicle back until 4.5 months later. Throughout this period, my family and I have been in contact with this business via phone and in person on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, we have received inconsistent information regarding the status of our vehicle each time we inquired. During this period, we were informed that parts were on order, only to discover that the incorrect parts had been sent according to William. Further delays ensued while awaiting additional parts. Upon finally becoming frustrated with the dishonesty and lack of transparency from your establishment, I instructed my family to retrieve the vehicle. Upon arriving at the shop, we were informed that the vehicle did not have an exhaust system. We were advised that the exhaust system was faulty, and we were expected to pay an additional $1,200 for a new exhaust system. Notably, this issue was not communicated to us until after the vehicle had been in your possession for over 4.5 months. Furthermore, we were not previously informed that a new exhaust system was required. We took our vehicle to an exhaust shop and incurred an additional cost of nearly $800 to rectify this issue. Regrettably, upon returning our vehicle to Mosley’s Auto Sales due to ongoing engine issues, we were met with a series of excuses and delays. Despite being assured that our vehicle was in working order on April 30, 2025 by William, that they were replacing some springs and it was a 12 to 14 hour job. But the truck ran perfectly fine. The only issue was the fan motor wasn’t turning on cooling the engine which they said that it was fixed and they were working on the AC compressor to get it working. After not hearing from William on 5 May 2025. I called again and spoke with William. Where he then subsequently informed me of a major electrical problem on May 6, 2025. My question is how can I have a major electrical issue when it was just running fine Friday. You and your team were only trying to get the AC to work which ended up being a bad compressor and the bearings were bad. This establishment has failed to provide us with any documentation regarding the work conducted on our vehicle, including the name of the engine builder. Nothing as far as parts labor. We acknowledge that your team worked with my son to establish a payment plan, considering his circumstances as a single father with two children. We appreciate your willingness to accommodate his needs. However, if your team had been transparent and honest from the outset, this entire situation could have been avoided. In light of these circumstances, we have made the decision to retrieve our vehicle on May 9, 2025, and seek the services of another repair shop to conduct a thorough diagnostic assessment. We expect a higher level of professionalism and transparency in our business dealings, and it is unfortunate that Mosley’s Auto Sales has failed to meet these expectations. Took vehicle to big t tires within 4 days had a complete print out and diagnostic of said engine. In their professional opinion, the engine was never rebuilt the same issue that we brought it in for in September 2024 is the same issue that’s been going on. Lastly, they are unwilling to disclose the engine builders identity, the parts ordered, or the labor costs. As a result, we are left without a clear understanding of the work performed for the amount paid. Which I been in contact with the engineer builder and they have no knowledge of this engine being brought to them.

Jerry Watts Dylan, Brooks and the rest of these guys are awesome. Period. They have done great work on our 2017 Audi Q5 and recently trusted them to work on a 2009 911. They did a fantastic job. I ask a lot of questions and can be impatient, but they answered them all and were very patient and communicated well with me. I highly recommend them.

Gr1ff My GTI needed a complete engine replacement and the guys at C&B took amazing care of me. I got updates along the way, great service, and SIGNIFICANTLY better pricing than the local dealer. After a small electrical gremlin popped up they took care of me with 0 questions asked and some of the best service I’ve seen out of any mechanic shop. If you have a German vehicle look no further, this is the place to go.

O O Ive been going to this Midas for oil changes and tire rotation for almost 3 years now. Unfortunately, today is my last visit to this location. I had a waiting appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, nothing additional. Took 1.5 hours to be completed. Technician was slow as molasses, even taking a break during the work to have a drink and talk to co-workers. There were no notes on my ticket whatsoever regarding any findings, levels filled, nothing. As I pulled out to leave, I realized my wheel lock was not put back inside my vehicle. Fortunately I had a feeling it wasnt put back in there and looked for it before leaving--of course it was still in the bay. The management is great here but the managers arent the ones doing the oil changes. Disappointing

Robert Mallard, Ttee The mechanics at the Veterans Parkway location are very good. The front office lacks integrity and needs improvement with customer service. I had to contact the shops owner to partially make things right. Your at your own risk if you take your vehicle her for repairs.

Don Myers My experience with them was less than enjoyable, had them install an engine that I had shipped to their shop and sure they did the most basic things when installing an engine. However they left a few things unconnected, as well as wrapping a few rubber couplers with electrical tape that they tore instead of replacing them. I mean they literally laid my waste gate siloniod over my charge air cooler tube instead of recommending the 20 dollar delete plug.

11BStryker56 Got me in to service my truck same day. Took a great look at the truck to give me an update on it all the way around after sitting for a year and making a trip cross country. Just moved into the area and after talking with them I will definitely be bringing my truck back for maintenance, repair, and of course everyone’s favorite thing… upgrades.
