1 /5 Burnett Darrell “Kenny”: Brought my vehicle to them thinking they would be able to do a repair in a reasonable amount of time. Ha! Nope. They kept my vehicle for over 3 days without even a phone call. Each time I called I was met with a confused tech or a secretary that had a very short tone. After a few days I went up there just to be told they very didnt know what I do with the vehicle but recommended thousands of dollars of work. Since they dont have set prices posted, they seemed to be making up numbers in their heads. Oh yeah, the work would take anywhere from 2 weeks to over 30 days to complete. After I told them I would take it somewhere else, they got butt hurt and became very short. I told them to put my vehicle back together and I would pick it up later. I hindsight, I shouldve stayed. Once I came to pick it up, they charged me a ridiculous amount for them doing nothing. Mind you, I drove the vehicle in with no problem, but after leaving it stopped on me three times among other things. Worst experience Ive had dealing with a car mechanic in the 20 years of driving. Hopefully you will have a better experience
