Firestone wanted to charge me over $1300 to do the work all over again, so I brought it to Complete Automotive to take a thorough look. They took their time and found that there were wires shorted out and needed insulation. They saved my car and my wallet. I would definitely trust them with any vehicle I have.

When they did answer we were told by Renee that it would be a month before they can diagnose it. They are very unprofesional to drag us around. I think they cherry pick which jobs they want to do. I DO NOT recomend them unless you want to get dragged around.

I called to ask them to replace it and they said “it’s something electrical”. This should have been fixed when I paid $400. I will never do business with you guys again. Scammers!!!!
