Lynn Smith I contacted Daniel on the phone earlier today and asked him if he could come and help me get my flat tire exchanged on my pick up truck. Because I dont have a jack to jack up the truck. And he quoted me a price and I agreed to the price and he said he would call me when he was heading my way. And I still aint heard nothing from him. I tried calling him 3 times and sent texts to him and still no answer back. WOW this is not good customer service at all

taylor moss Brady’s automotive will be my new go to spot. I went to over 5 different shops to have stripped lug nuts and studs replaced. No shop would do the work, so I reached out to a community page & the owner messaged me on facebook telling me to bring my car by. So I did . My vehicle was completed in a timely manner, they had great customer service, and to told it off I don’t feel like I was overcharged because I am a female. I have more work to be done, and I will be back. If you have any issues, this should be your spot.

They quickly made the repair (nail in the tire) and I was surprised with “no charge” since I purchased my tires there. In my opinion Hill’s is the “Chick-Fil-a” of the tire biz! Thanks again!

Nacho Sancho My woman won’t let me take her Willy’s Jeep anywhere else. They do her oil changes, tire changes/rotations/replacements and are going to do her “upgrades”. Shout out to Juliee, of whom ALWAYS makes us feel like family. They’ve watched my daughter go from bassinet to car seat…and that’s why we trust them. Update. They just did an alignment today!!!

Alston Babb To start, his dude is one of the most honest, hardworking, committed individuals I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Met me at midnight in griffin to swap out two of my trailer tires. One of them was completely ate up with rust and refused to come off. He stayed working at it, pouring sweat, and didnt stop until he had my tire off and the new one on. Cant thank this man enough for all of his hard work and dedication to his job, also his desire for customer satisfaction. I NEVER leave reviews, for anyone. but he deserves every bit of praise I can give. His prices are MORE THAN FAIR and his quality of work is absolutely outstanding and flawless. Need more people like this in our workforce. People who actually CARE and take pride in their jobs, whatever job that may be. Thank you again for your tireless efforts, and I will be referring you to everyone I know. And I do mean everyone.

Danette Powell The crew here are so informative and helpful. They will make suggestions but not push you to do things to your car that you arent ready to do. They even have a great sheet they print out for you reminding you of what maintenance your car needs next. Wednesdays are Lady days, go see them for a discount. Ill be going to Grease Monkey for all mechanical work. Thank you guys!

Angel Espinosa Great experience!!! I had a tuning problem with my car and he knew right away what it was and fixed it. My transmission was also giving out due to me pushing it too much but I chose to get a new one, fully built and he helped me with that too. Overall best place to go to for any performance adjustments. Will definitely comeback!!!

Gean Cannady I did not send the last review, DUH. So, this is 2 in one. I just got my car back for the 2nd time, this time the front bumper. My hubby accidently hit a pull on the back of a truck and put a hole in the bumper. Looks like brand new now. Mike, you are excellent, and I would not use anyone else. Excellent work and always in a timely manner. You get another 12 on a scale... This company is one of the best i have ever used. He was willing to help from the first moment and did the best job replacing my rear light and pulling out the bumper. except for the scratches it looks new. If i can keep my husband from parking behind me. Thanks, Mike for a job well done! 1 1/2 -2 hours and it was done. I rate them a 12 on a scale from 1-10.

Dawn Steele I have been using Underground Customs for all my paint and body work for over 10 years. They are extremely reasonable and always do a fantastic job. Not to mention they get your looking great and back to you very quickly. With these guys working for you, you will not hate having an accident as much! Brandon Avery I have been using Griffin Collision for years and have always had excellent service. Chris and his team are true professionals. I have self paid some repairs and had insurance claims on others. His self paid prices are incredibly reasonable and he knows how to get the insurance companies to do their job. As long as I own a car, I wont trust it to anyone else but Griffin Collision.

James Baker Beware, I had used this company a couple of times before but it was Insurance claims where the other persons insurance paid both times. The jobs were done satisfactorily. I had damaged the rear hatch on my 2003 SUV and sent it to them for repair. They never gave me an estimate or had my signature for any work they also discovered damage I had no idea about and did not disclose to me. They did all the repairs with out telling me the cost. They called and told me the SUV was ready and that I owed $2818.00 I could have sued them in court and won but the cost of attorney and the drama of it all was not worth it. I ended up paying $2150.00. The work was satisfactory but not giving and estimate and the right to decide to repair or not was inexcusable.
