    Lynn Smith: I contacted Daniel on the phone earlier today and asked him if he could come and help me get my flat tire exchanged on my pick up truck. Because I dont have a jack to jack up the truck. And he quoted me a price and I agreed to the price and he said he would call me when he was heading my way. And I still aint heard nothing from him. I tried calling him 3 times and sent texts to him and still no answer back. WOW this is not good customer service at all

    Bernard Owens: This man is the most crooked man I have ever come across he say I am going to put originally oem parts on my car had another mechanic looked at my car he didnt put new coils on my car and put cheap plugs also bought a used breather and claim he had to use salvage bolts dont use this guy for nothing talks about you to other folks dont bring your cars to this guy if you dont want to end up without a car i promise you he want get away with it trust and believe 2500 dollars for probably a 400 dollar job with probably spending 300 in parts this is the reason I dont give black business my business ( crooks) he havent heard the last of me the picture below is just one of the coils that was suppose to be replaced now tell.me do this look new

    Randy Moore: I walked in with no appointment to repair a slow leak in a tire. Super nice folks and so professional and organized! They quickly made the repair (nail in the tire) and I was surprised with “no charge” since I purchased my tires there. In my opinion Hill’s is the “Chick-Fil-a” of the tire biz! Thanks again!

    Jonathan Greer: Brought my truck here to have the distributor replaced and was told it shouldnt take more than a day or 2. 3 weeks later I finally ride up there to check out what was going on and seen that they had ran my truck into a concrete pole while pulling it into his shop ripping my fender off. They said they would let their insurance take care of it but that never happened? I then had to go to the courthouse to file a claim against them in which I was awarded but they never did anything to make this right? $1000 later and I had to pay for all repairs and to have it fixed! DO NOT USE THEM

    Jenni Hughes: TYLER- THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!! Sunday with almost everything close related to car service. I found my way to Pep Boys thanks to the gentleman at AdvancedAuto ways down the road. At the last minute I remembered I need to have a bike rake removed from my vehicle. I didnt have the strength or the proper tools to unscrew a nut and bolt tight to the hitch 5yrs old. Mr Tyler came to the rescue, after asking the cost, he said no charge. My apologies for the delay in writing this well deserved review, Ive been pretty busy. Again, thank you Mr. Tyler @ PEP BOYS
