1 /5 Lisa Meyers: My daughter has utilized Mr.Ernest before without incident. Last week while my granddaughter was headed to work, the starter went out. Mr. Ernest was called, he confirmed the issue, my daughter ordered/paid for the part, he said he could/would replace the starter. 1 week later my daughter, who is a highly decorated, retired, disabled veteran is still without her car. Which has been parked in front of her home, leading to issues with the postal service. I’ve seen the ring cam footage, he’s shown up whenever, done the bare minimum, left without notifying anyone. It’s been a mess. We found other mobile mechanics who came out to look at her car but out of respect didn’t want to compromise his work. She’s spent more to get to her appointments and get the grandkids to work this week than she paid for the part. She’s very respectful and unproblematic but I feel as though he took advantage of this situation and I will be looking into methods of recourse to explore.
