My hubby accidently hit a pull on the back of a truck and put a hole in the bumper. Looks like brand new now. Mike, you are excellent, and I would not use anyone else. Excellent work and always in a timely manner. You get another 12 on a scale... This company is one of the best i have ever used. He was willing to help from the first moment and did the best job replacing my rear light and pulling out the bumper. except for the scratches it looks new. If i can keep my husband from parking behind me. Thanks, Mike for a job well done! 1 1/2 -2 hours and it was done. I rate them a 12 on a scale from 1-10.

thomas adams: I love CRONIC Nissan Griffin when it comes to ordering parts through the Parts Dept. All of the personnel there are extra friendly and the service and delivery is fast. I would have given a 5 star rating except the young black maybe Hispanic lady with long hair displayed the worst attitude possible on Sept 18 2024 (my opinion when it comes to customer service) upon my approaching the parts counter. to order a bumper alignment bracket, by walking off from me while I were speaking to her, asking a question. Over all #1 auto place for service.

Korrie Payne: Are you looking for Southern Hospitality and superb customer service then Cronic Chevrolet GMC is the dealership I would recommend to you. I called on January 20, 2025, to inquire about a 2023 Chevy Blazer RS and was connected with salesman James Mills. After speaking with James and manager Bobby I was at ease and excited to test drive the car the following week. Due to inclement weather, my plan to test drive the 23 Chevy Blazer RS was delayed. On Saturday, January 25th my mother and I made the trip to Griffin to test drive the car I had been dreaming of. Mr. Mills had such a great spirit as soon as he greeted us in person. During the test drive, I thoroughly enjoyed Jamess knowledge, care, and patience. After, my test drive I knew I had to have this beautiful car as mine. The next steps of getting my buyers invoice went smoothly and on Thursday, January 30th my car was delivered to me. The drivers who delivered my car were professional, and sweet, and carefully ensured each important document was signed. Thanks again Cronic Chevrolet GMC for the southern hospitality, amazing customer service, and for helping me secure my early 35th birthday gift.

Dennis Houston: I had some exhaust work done by this shop and if you want your car to be serviceable when they are done, you need to tell them specifically. You would think with them doing other work besides exhaust that they would understand in order to service certain components. The exhaust will need a flange in order to be dropped to do so however, according to Corey their owner, that’s the way they’ve been doing it for years, so it’s apparently right. If you want future headaches, use this company if you don’t go somewhere else.
