John Crews Im very happy with the universal joint replacement. I know it had to be a pain because of the rust under the truck. I really appreciate the extra time it took and still keeping it reasonable priced out. Theres no more squeaking or clunking noises. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Akita Henley Please beware we took our vehicle to Scott’s for service and they kept our vehicle for an entire month claimed to have repaired it! We paid them with no hesitation $1400, in less than a week the issues continued. We took the vehicle back to them with the same issues that were not resolved they wanted us to pay an additional $3k. We then took our vehicle to a great mechanic the one my husband initially suggested. Our car was repaired in less than one week for much less than $3k. I was definitely not satisfied with the services provided and felt as if they were just literally trying to rob good honest customers, this was my experience and I sincerely regret taking my vehicle to Scott’s.

C Bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from kenny around july 2018 and this car has been nothing but amazing! I recommend at least going to the lot and kenny will let you test drive any car you like.

Korrie Payne Are you looking for Southern Hospitality and superb customer service then Cronic Chevrolet GMC is the dealership I would recommend to you. I called on January 20, 2025, to inquire about a 2023 Chevy Blazer RS and was connected with salesman James Mills. After speaking with James and manager Bobby I was at ease and excited to test drive the car the following week. Due to inclement weather, my plan to test drive the 23 Chevy Blazer RS was delayed. On Saturday, January 25th my mother and I made the trip to Griffin to test drive the car I had been dreaming of. Mr. Mills had such a great spirit as soon as he greeted us in person. During the test drive, I thoroughly enjoyed Jamess knowledge, care, and patience. After, my test drive I knew I had to have this beautiful car as mine. The next steps of getting my buyers invoice went smoothly and on Thursday, January 30th my car was delivered to me. The drivers who delivered my car were professional, and sweet, and carefully ensured each important document was signed. Thanks again Cronic Chevrolet GMC for the southern hospitality, amazing customer service, and for helping me secure my early 35th birthday gift.

Justin Clower Just came for an oil change but was considering a new vehicle. Sam was extremely helpful and kind. Although we couldn’t make a deal on a vehicle bc I was looking for a different color they did not have. Still got oil change and my Camaro still running great thanks to service team.

Mike Midi I took my car up there to be fixed. They "fixed" my car just for it to break down on the highway. I had to pay to get it towed back to them and then they held onto my car almost three weeks. After everything I paid them, my car is still leaking and smoking. Even when I dropped my car off to them in the beginning, another guy was in there complaining about service and his car not being fixed as well. Bob gave him his money back. If you try to call, they barely pick up the phone. Do NOT go here if you need your car fixed. All of them mechanics up there need to fired and that whole building needs to be demolished. Do NOT go there.

Lol just GO UP THERE, do not waste your time calling that “company line” all you gonna hear is VOICEMAIL, AFTER VOICEMAIL. But thats not where this bad review is coming from.. Jan 2nd 2024 i DROVE my 2012 camaro TO THEIR FACILITY for repairs my warranty was going to cover. They completed a job for timing chains that took them literally a whole month to do.. i’ve worked on timing on my friends camaro and that job literally took us no more than 6hrs.. he had his car the same night. Long story short.. they completed the job my warranty company approved for them and now they’re saying my car won’t start? I’m no idiot but im pretty sure who ever did that installation messed up something on my car, and he appeared to be too lazy to go back on his work and FIX HIS mistake. But nope! Bob needed his money asap, he convinced me to sign off on a invoice so the warranty company could PAY him over 6k. After i told my warranty company they advised me that i should NEVER SIGN documents from a repair facility unless a job is complete. (April 4th, 2024.. still no car) it sucks i have to tow my gahdamn car from this place to another repair facility because these guys will walk past your car everyday without touching it or even updating you. Im going to be honest with anyone reading this. Don’t bring your car there for MAJOR repairs, The only thing Brickyard automotive is POSSIBLY good for are regular oil changes. (Update coming soon with photos of unnecessary vandalism done to the inside of my car) im not sure whats the reason for cutting my charger/aux cords but it would be lovely if ONE OF YOUR GUYS could replace that for me.. thanks. Yall gotta get it together man, i was under the impression that you guys were professionals and handled everything accordingly, idk what happened to the daily updates Bob used to give me... but i look at this the same way as meeting a new girl. Everything nice in the first half but after a while they start to ignore you KNOWING they have your source of transportation just sitting. Cmon man i have a life too ya know?

While the garage is somewhat disorganized, which raises concerns about their efficiency, the positive aspect is that the repairs are completed on time and at the fair quoted prices. Additionally, the work is consistently done correctly the first time, with no issues. We will continue to have our repairs done at D & M.

terry jarman Great place to get your vehicles repaired. Matthew(owner) will not do repairs that are not needed but will fix your vehicle quickly. He did us a favor because we were from out of town (indiana). He stopped what he was doing to work on my diesel truck. So we could get back on the road. It was very much appreciated. I also seen how he helped local people by taking payments for repairs. I would like to find someone like him in my neighborhood. He was very helpful and honest. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jared Hussey Very reasonable and very friendly. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I had a problem with my motorcycle not working and they solved everything during my lunch break. Very pleased with the service.

Vanessa Butanda Saw the locally owned sign n figured Id give em a try. Old man came and greeted me. I let him know I was in need of a tire rotation and oil change. He said he could do the oil change but not the tire rotation because its 1 hr to close....? I said I need em both done all in one. He walked off and said nothing. Scott Reed Big shoutout to the guys at AJC Mobile Mechanic. My family and I had a total brake failure on my truck today. We was lucky to even get it off the interstate. Jacob from AJC came over accessed the problem went to get parts and made the repair in less than two hours. We was 6 hours from home in Kentucky with not a lot of options. I could not be more pleased with the quality and timely service. Truly a blessing to have gotten in contact with these guys. Jonathan Greer Brought my truck here to have the distributor replaced and was told it shouldnt take more than a day or 2. 3 weeks later I finally ride up there to check out what was going on and seen that they had ran my truck into a concrete pole while pulling it into his shop ripping my fender off. They said they would let their insurance take care of it but that never happened? I then had to go to the courthouse to file a claim against them in which I was awarded but they never did anything to make this right? $1000 later and I had to pay for all repairs and to have it fixed! DO NOT USE THEM

Woody Haas Buddy had my truck for 2 weeks, he kept telling me porkies auto sent the wrong part. So I went to propose to inquire, the said zero had never ordered this part. Then I noticed small items missing for my truck, like liters, cigarettes, and CDs. This place sucks!

Latoya Michelle I was passing through on a business trip and needed an oil change asap. I called them when I was about 20min away. As soon as I pulled up they got started on my oil change. My car was ready in 20-30min tops. All of the staff that I came in contact with was very nice, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. If I lived in the area they would be my go to for any service they provide! Thanks guy’s! You all were awesome!

Jenni Hughes TYLER- THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!! Sunday with almost everything close related to car service. I found my way to Pep Boys thanks to the gentleman at AdvancedAuto ways down the road. At the last minute I remembered I need to have a bike rake removed from my vehicle. I didnt have the strength or the proper tools to unscrew a nut and bolt tight to the hitch 5yrs old. ralph lubin I purchase 2 cars from Valid and every time my experience has been nothing but STELLA, from the greetting to the driving away every step was met with absolute professionalism. Last year i got my wife and Achadia GMC, and last month We got a Land Rover and like before no complaint. On top of it theyve been taking care of my wifes car since we brought it.
