1 /5 Fred Beery: Took my 2023 F-150 in for repairs after I hit a deer at 45 mph cause it was my insurance recommended shop. The damage was only to my bumper, grill and headlight. I told their manager (John) that’s all I wanted repaired. He told me it would look “like new” and take less than 3 weeks to get parts and make repairs. The claim to my insurance was $11,000. Come to find out they replaced way more then was damaged. Can you say insurance fraud? Worst of all when I get my truck back it looked terrible. Splotchy paint, missing pieces, wrong parts and loose bolts. So I had to leave it with them for another 2 weeks. Then I see they used double sided tape to stick weatherstripping back on the pain was terrible and still had wrong part on it and loose bolts. Then they fired John and hired Haley (manager). She wasn’t any better. Dragging out the re-repairs for another 6 weeks. Of course it was still subpar and had me leave it with them for another week. That’s when I noticed damage that happened while in their shop. Had to go to a paintless dent repair guy and bring it back for new weatherstripping. Still have scratches and mix match paint. Now they have a new manager (Angle) who wants me to bring it back for more repairs. I don’t trust them to work on my truck anymore so I’ve placed a complaint with the BBB and will be taking them to court for compensation. I’m not the only case like this either. Don’t go to Kenney collision in Griffin. They have 2 shops but it’s the same people at both shops.
