1 /5 Mike Midi: I took my car up there to be fixed. They "fixed" my car just for it to break down on the highway. I had to pay to get it towed back to them and then they held onto my car almost three weeks. After everything I paid them, my car is still leaking and smoking. Even when I dropped my car off to them in the beginning, another guy was in there complaining about service and his car not being fixed as well. Bob gave him his money back. If you try to call, they barely pick up the phone. Do NOT go here if you need your car fixed. All of them mechanics up there need to fired and that whole building needs to be demolished. Do NOT go there.

Lol just GO UP THERE, do not waste your time calling that “company line” all you gonna hear is VOICEMAIL, AFTER VOICEMAIL. But thats not where this bad review is coming from.. Jan 2nd 2024 i DROVE my 2012 camaro TO THEIR FACILITY for repairs my warranty was going to cover. They completed a job for timing chains that took them literally a whole month to do.. i’ve worked on timing on my friends camaro and that job literally took us no more than 6hrs.. he had his car the same night. Long story short.. they completed the job my warranty company approved for them and now they’re saying my car won’t start? I’m no idiot but im pretty sure who ever did that installation messed up something on my car, and he appeared to be too lazy to go back on his work and FIX HIS mistake. But nope! Bob needed his money asap, he convinced me to sign off on a invoice so the warranty company could PAY him over 6k. After i told my warranty company they advised me that i should NEVER SIGN documents from a repair facility unless a job is complete. (April 4th, 2024.. still no car) it sucks i have to tow my gahdamn car from this place to another repair facility because these guys will walk past your car everyday without touching it or even updating you. Im going to be honest with anyone reading this. Don’t bring your car there for MAJOR repairs, The only thing Brickyard automotive is POSSIBLY good for are regular oil changes. (Update coming soon with photos of unnecessary vandalism done to the inside of my car) im not sure whats the reason for cutting my charger/aux cords but it would be lovely if ONE OF YOUR GUYS could replace that for me.. thanks. Yall gotta get it together man, i was under the impression that you guys were professionals and handled everything accordingly, idk what happened to the daily updates Bob used to give me... but i look at this the same way as meeting a new girl. Everything nice in the first half but after a while they start to ignore you KNOWING they have your source of transportation just sitting. Cmon man i have a life too ya know?

1 /5 Maria Criss: Went to have my drivers window regulator repaired with my part. Malfunctioned part returned next door to auto zone. Made a deal with Sal for him to put my old window regulator back on and I would return tomorrow at 8a with another part that was not malfunctioned so that it could be repaired. Sal agreed. Minutes later Sal returned and informed me that my part was now problematic and there was no way for him replace my regulator without breaking the motor. He priced a regulator wuth a motor from OReillys at a price of $97. I agreed to that price along with that cost of labor at $120. Service performed. The manager on duty at 3p on 9/16/19 then gave me a total of $359.57. I asked for him to itemize and he would not. He then began processing my card without looking at me any further or acknowledging my concerns. There should not be a part difference of 124.65 when the part was $97 from OReillys and when Sal did not give that price to me when asked of the cost prior to service. I am now going to OReillys (1.1 miles down the road) to see what that cost would be if I purchased it upon walk in. I will never do business with these crooks again. Service is not best dealt with everyone. Save your money for honest business. Update @423p went to OReillys to price check. The price for a drivers window regulator was $131.99 for a lay person (for a mechanic it was $97) so I was charged a $7.34 fee. I then tested my serviced vehicle and it worked but when the window came back up the window was off centered from the car frame. (Picture attached). I am now back at the shop to get completed service. What have I learned: purchase my window regulator ($47) & window motor ($55) from auto zone. This will save you $119.65 when you go to mechanic crooks like Brickyard Automotive Repair & Service @Griffin.

2 /5 The Menace: This place is a joke. I took my 2006 Mustang GT in on May 16th at 9am for a clutch install. The tech tells me it will be no problem. It took him TWO WEEKS for a 5 hr job! This place never calls the customer to notify you of a problem or part that is needed. If you call them, the phone goes to voicemail. My McLeod clutch came with a solid brass pilot bearing for my transmission input shaft but he didnt know thats what it was. Instead of calling me he goes out and purchases a regular pilot bearing and adds it to my bill. Then he needed a new slave cylinder but instead of calling me he looks for one himself. The only reason I knew about it is because I left work to go check on my car. I also purchased a braided hose but he never installed it! To make matters worse, the tech tells me hes been working on cars 20 plus years but had never heard of McLeod Clutches. This company has been making racing Clutches since 1971! So I get my car back on May 29th and I give this place 2 stars only because the car is driving fine. The only thing I have noticed is the clutch isnt properly adjusted. PS. The guy that posted a review about his Camaro is telling the truth. His Camaro was still there at this shop when I picked my car up!

5 /5 Cathy Pilgrim: Im so Blessed to have been lead to them! Truly heaven sent and answered prayers. They went past above and beyond to solve the issue with my Truck. Great guys that care!!! And the cost was amazing....
