1 /5 Rachel Carlton: Weve been using 5star for years for tire rotation and balance and they do a better job than any other place weve ever used so when one of our vehicles needed new tires we knew exactly where we wanted to purchase them from. That was a mistake. One of our tire pressure sensors quit working after tire install and they are claiming it is a weak battery. We had zero issues before the new tires were put on. I truly believe the sensor was damaged during the install but have no way to prove it so we were stuck paying for the new sensor. We will NOT be back at this location ever. We are extremely unhappy with the situation after choosing to spend over $1500 on tires here and then this happened.

1 /5 Summer Janiszeski: Came here about 6 months ago to get an alignment and 2 brand new tires. Well not long after I got that done I bought some brand new brakes. I went to a friend to get them put on my brakes and they couldn’t get the lug nuts off even with an air compressor thing. I had so many people try to get those lug nuts off and couldn’t because 5 star tightened them so tight so I just left it alone because I didn’t have the money to fix it. Well my husband was driving home the other day and the tire went completely flat on his way home. Tell me why both my practically brand new tires are both showing wires and one is flat?? He couldn’t change the tire because of how tight 5 Star tightened our lug nuts. We got a mechanic out there to see if he could try to get the lug nuts off and he couldn’t. So I had to pay $85 bucks to get my car towed, I had to pay 300 for more brand new tires (not at 5 star of course) and then a bit more to replace the lug nuts they had to break off. And next week I have to get another alignment because 5 star didn’t do my last one right. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else….
