I grew up with cars and working on cars and can tell you hands down if you are looking for an honest, fair and amazing shop you should absolutely trust these guys. Dexter is phenomenal and so knowledgeable about working on cars as is all the staff we have met. Connie is super friendly in the office and does everything she promises. If anyone tells you they are going to do something they absolutely do it and in the time they tell you they will do it. We have been so impressed and feel so fortunate to find such an amazing place to take our cars. We will absolutely keep coming back.

Luis will genuinely tell you the issues with your vehicle and give repair options based on level and price, he is not big on charging the max price for max profit just cause... I’ve taken cars to him expecting $500-$700 in repairs only to be told hey you only need $200-$300 in work! I try to wrap my head around some customers that want the most yet are wanting to pay nothing and only complain, when I have had nothing but the best and most honest service from Global!

Super Mom First off he mis diagnosed my vehicle and said he fixed it then charged me for something else. He never got it to start but wanted me to feed him money. I never saw any receipts. After that He never communicated with me didnt answer any of my calls or call me back. He took advantage of me and my misfortune because Im a woman. I believe he wanted my truck for his self for to sale. Its a beautiful truck. He a crook

Patrick Knerr Mike is a savior! My wife and I were on our way back home to Charlotte from Panama City Beach when our alternator pulley broke on our van. He been doing this for over 44 years and knew right away and ordered the parts and had us back on the road in less than 2 hrs. If you need anything stop to see Mike and don’t be afraid to start conversation, he’s got great stories. Sandra Jenkins Jackson I went there to have my rear bumper reattached after I was hit in a parking lot and my car needed an Ignition control module. They got my car running but the rear bumper is only tacked on. I had insurance money for the repair and the cost of the module and labor left me no money to have the bumper reattached properly I guess.
