When I talked to the manager about many not seated plastic parts, paint runs and loose parts found in the vehicle, he said that it was natural. This is the worst body shop that I have ever seen. Please don’t go there if you don’t want to junk your valuable vehicle.

My car needed a fender and hood replacement, as well as a few other repairs, and it only took three days to get it done! I have no complaints and will highly recommend to friends and family .

Joe Houston Been taking my vehicles to Chris since I moved here in 2008. Never had a problem. Every time I go there, I give Chris a blank check...."do whatever is needed" and Ive never felt taken advantage of. Been several times Ive said, "I think (whatever) probably needs to be done." Many times I come back and Chris will say, "Yeah, we looked at that and its fine, maybe next time but youre good for now." Not many car repair shops that I trust to not take advantage but Chris never has.

Samuel Garcia May 2024 My mother-in-law recommended this place because she was impressed with their customer service and pricing. 5 stars for communication and customer service. I went there for a diagnostic for my wifes busted A/C on a 13 Nissan Sentra. The quoted price was about $750 over what -in my head - I thought was worst case scenario. However, Chris was detailed in explaining what was happening. I ended up to going to a different place that charged a fraction of the price (but just for the a/c compressor labor ---I supplied them with the compressor.) The A/C works better now but this other place warned me that I should probably also replace the condenser and possibly some other components.... so we MAYBE we shouldve just done it all at once with Import Performance... idk tbd

Debbie Smith April 30, 2005 Silverado, more issues than I can list and would not pass emissions. Kevin called and kept me up to date during repairs and when I picked it up he went over what they did showing me each corroded part. These folks are amazing. Very thankful I went there for my repairs. Give them a call. You will be glad you did!

DJ Reed If I could give this business zero stars, I would. While the mechanics have since quit, do not trust them either. They need Haynes manuals to do most aspects of their job. There were a laundry list of problems with my vehicles repair, and nothing was done right. There will be legal action taken for peace of mind, and sanity. Please save yourself, and your wallet. Let my example save you a load of stress, funds and years of heartache.

Johnny Mapalo Fixed a car of mines that was totaled in a car accident. I bought the car back from my insurance company for $650. Extreme charged me a good grip to fix it though. Eekk. Took them 2.5 months to fix the car, but had the car sitting outside for 4 months before they even touched it. Total of 6 and a half months b4 I got the car. They were one of only 2 body shops that would touch a totaled car, so I commend them for that. They did the body work and I did the mechanical work, since I work at a dealership. Theyre good for all types of body work, which most shops wont touch. They move kinda slow though, but they get the job done. Before and after pics and videos below.

Savannah Coats Had a huge coolant leak and got stuck on the side of the road on a Sunday. My insurance called them to come get me at about 9:45a and they said it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. At 2:30p my car was still there on the side of the road and no one was answering the phones anymore from me or my insurance.we ended up having to get a different company after 4 hours of waiting.

Eli Wolfe Took it in to get an electrical diagnosis for $200 told me it was my alternator cost me $700 still having problems with my truck when I left there my blinkers didn’t work went back. They pulled out my relay and put in another relay, which I assume was out of my truck originally, still having problems and they told me to get a new battery even though this one was only a year old. I did. Problem persists. and today I took a look at the alternator, almost 6 months later and found this which was my wires were completely destroyed. They didn’t see that with an electrical diagnosis? Never again!!! when I told him I didn’t want to do the alternator originally it took him two days trying to convince me because I knew it wasn’t the problem, that I have a parasitic draw. You guys do what you want, but I would not go here. Did I mention for an alternator job they had my truck for a week and a half???

Robbie Currie My experience was horrible the owner Sam made a huge list of items that was unnecessary, I explained to him when I first arrived that I felt that it was either a fuel filter or I got bad gas because I just filled up and it started running badly so I left the truck there the next day he claimed he changed and feel filter in an air filter and the truck was running wonderful so I paid him before I arrived once I got there truck was barely running and he claimed that he got the engine light off folks just so you know any mechanic can do that and its a Band-Aid temporary for 60 miles how dare him charged me for something that he didnt want to do basically dropped the gas tank was the necessary thing to do so when I went to pick up a truck it was not running I paid all this money out had to get it towed to Mercedes they explained to me that they used him once before servicing overflow of spinners they do not use them anymore because he would come up with a huge list of things to do taking advantage of consumers I had a horrible time with them matter of fact when my truck could not be picked up the day he told me it was fixed he was closing his shop I had nowhere to go he wanted me to step outside and wait in the dark very dangerous area after I told him I was not stepping out of his shop till he dropped me off somewhere he took the gas station down the corner where I had to wait for someone to pick me up not a very cooperative person Sam is I will never use them ever again. Also I like to mention folks this mans a crook I am an honest man I work hard for my money I was nice enough to pay him before I picked up the truck he told me he added a quart of oil when I drove off my engine light came quart low of oil, I am demanding my $1,200 back Im taking Sam to court folks if you dont notice he has all these parked vehicles in the back with no tags, he told me that he took peoples cars because he rang up the bill never sign a repair order and leave your car with this man oh my God he is taking peoples cars on a weekly basis I am going to contact the county let him sweat on this, and Ill contact the landlord legally youre not allowed to keep a car with expired tag or without a tag watch them closely I am going to the picket line and make him signs and Im going to put it all over the neighborhood Im going to put it all over that area, he was not nice to me at all especially when I told him Mercedes stopped using them Jim Ellis group he would ring up the bill and stick it to them. Shame on you Sam Im a Bible man and I pray everyday to stay away from a man like you. Well see who gets the last laughed.
