5 /5 Jerry Watts: Dylan, Brooks and the rest of these guys are awesome. Period. They have done great work on our 2017 Audi Q5 and recently trusted them to work on a 2009 911. They did a fantastic job. I ask a lot of questions and can be impatient, but they answered them all and were very patient and communicated well with me. I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Gr1ff: My GTI needed a complete engine replacement and the guys at C&B took amazing care of me. I got updates along the way, great service, and SIGNIFICANTLY better pricing than the local dealer. After a small electrical gremlin popped up they took care of me with 0 questions asked and some of the best service I’ve seen out of any mechanic shop. If you have a German vehicle look no further, this is the place to go.

They were able to get it repaired and source the parts even when their courier failed to show. I know that same day service won’t always be possible for everyone, but I was incredibly thankful that they were able to accomplish it before I departed on a work trip. Thanks for the help! I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and compression test to make sure all was sound with the vehicle and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team provided excellent customer service, even allowing texting which is great for me to able to get my work done while communicating with the mechanic. I received clear recommendations for my car, and well-organized, fair estimates. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s both knowledgeable and honest. I’ll definitely be back—excited to have found such a great team! Plus, the shop dog was a major bonus!

5 /5 Chris Peer: As far as independent European auto shops in the area go - C&B Autowerkz is the one Id recommend. Since my BMW M2s warranty was expiring soon, I decided to give them a try - and Im sure glad I did. Dylan is friendly, personable, and very professional. He is an expert in his craft, having worked as a dealership tech at several European brands prior to starting his own shop this Summer. After reviewing my service records obtained from BMW of Columbus, we realized that he was the exact tech that had been working on my car for the past two years! After a laugh and some good conversation, he changed my oil and identified a leak in my differential that was still covered under warranty. He provided photos of the fault and counseled me to have the warranty work performed by BMW of Columbus. Name another local shop that would do that for a customer! Even after I brought my car to the dealership for service, he provided text and photo updates on its status hed received from his fellow mechanics that still worked there. In short, C&B saved me hundred of dollars in maintenance and earned a new customer for life. I will be servicing all of my family vehicles there from now on!
