1 /5 Gabrielle Davis: The owner didnt call us for over a week and when we went down there to get an update on our truck, the whole front end was crushed in. The owner never called us to tell us and when we got there he said a truck rolled off a trailer and rolled into our truck. There was so much damage to our truck we took it to another shop which told us our truck had been in a high speed wreck. The owner never called to tell us it happened we had to show up down there find it wrecked and when we showed up he lied about what happened. He never apologized he never called. He was slurring his words when I got there. I would never trust him with another vehicle in the future because hes dishonest and unprofessional. We were having our truck checked out for any warranty work that may have needed to be done before it ran out. Nothing was wrong with our vehicle when we dropped it off. We came back to find the truck wrecked and they were lying about what happened. He offered to replace the bumper. We took it to another shop which told us it had been in a high speed front end collision that a truck rolling off a trailer in neutral would have never done that much damage. BEWARE if you take your vehicle here they will do more damage then when you dropped it off. He also changed my oil in my vehicle around Christmas time, same day I got it back my lifters went out and it cost us 3k to get it fixed. None of the work hes ever done on any of my vehicles has been worth the damage, money and stress the owner cost us!!! Do not use this place if its the last shop on the planet. The last photo is what it looked like when we dropped it off. This is what it looked like when we showed up after a week from not hearing from him. Do not trust affordable auto theyre not trustworthy period !!
