Jennifer Woolsey Excellent service yesterday. I was 20 minutes early to my appointment and they fit me in right away. Very affordable oil change and customer service was excellent. A Later that day my tire pressure sensor started dinging. I headed back to Andrews as they were about to close and they replaced my valve stem core at no charge and got me back on the road immediately. Highly recommend. Will definitely be returning to have my other vehicles routine maintenance completed in the future. Extremely satisfied.

Nicole Taylor We cant afford new cars, so the used ones we buy somtimes need some work and David has always been so great! Hes been there when we needed a tow, and has always got out vehicles fixed no problem, I couldnt imagine using anyone else

Miller Miller Called this company in an emergency tow situation and not only was he far less expensive than anyone else I called, but he said no problem I’m on my way. And he was. Amazing customer service!!! Would recommend and use again!!!

Nunya Biz I’ve had my oil changed and a new battery done here. Apparently they report to Carfax. I went in with 21k miles and it was recorded wrong as over 100k miles. Which has caused me so much trouble now as I’m trying to sell my car. I only have 24k miles now. If you go there, you better monitor your Carfax … or you will end up screwed like me. Yes I called them and spoke to Melissa …. who looked and said they had messed up the miles when entering in the system. But they can not correct their error because they don’t know how. Melissa told me to call the Manager Mike Casey. i told her to tell him to call me… I already called. Mike Casey never bothered to call. I’m not surprised honestly that he didn’t call back.

TotallyNotTiff Did great work. Came in to get my brakes checked and an oil change. Ended up not needing the front brakes done at all, so the honesty was nice. Very fair and was willing to work with me on pricing. Very clean and tidy waiting area, and even had a kids play area for my little to chill. Overall nice experience.

David Black Jesse and his crew are as good as it gets. He was able to help us out on a Friday afternoon when we didn’t think we had a chance to get repairs done. He really cares, takes the time to walk through what’s needed and why. The best mechanic we’ve experienced since papaw passed away so long ago (Norris’s Garage). Would give more stars if possible. Stephanie Jenkins Worst small business in Cedartown! They claim we “didn’t pay the bill” when I explained to the call taker that it was paid the day we picked up the vehicle they hung up the phone on me and then wouldn’t answer when I tried to call back. Funny enough they haven’t sent an invoice, made a call of an overdue balance nor could they produce an original invoice from the “services provided”. Strongly suggest you stay away from here unless you want to be treated like garbage and taken advantage of.

Elmo Mucklefuss I have known Dave for nearly 40 years. Wow how time flies. I remember when his dad owned the shop and Dave worked there. Still a kid he was. Hut’s Garage has been my exclusive go to guy for all of my auto repairs. Dave is honest, thorough and has always done good work. Hell, he ought to, he’s been working at (and now owns and runs) that shop for 50 years that I am aware of! I now live more than an hour’s drive away from the shop but I still get my vehicles to him for repairs. He is generally less expensive than the “city” mechanic shops and I never have to wonder if I got ripped off somehow. Simply stated… I don’t want anyone else to do any of my automotive repairs. If you are looking for an honest repair shop that does excellent work, go see Dave at Hut’s Garage.

John Swindall They done a excellent job on my truck Rebuilt transmission It worked good for a year and a half They gave me a warranty Started having a few issues. The trans quit Working. The transmission is just 18 months old. It should not be something too bad other than that, it worked good up until that point. I just hope the warranty will cover it. Michael. Said and told me. Thats the only transportation I have right now. He even told me.I could drive one of his vehicles if it comes down to that I would recommend anyone

Danny Jones I have been using Moores Auto Care for several years and have always been pleased with their results. I have never had any issues with a repair completed by them. They are very through and do an excellent job of diagnostics and repair. I find their pricing very competitive with other shops. They can do anything from an oil change to a engine replacement. Give them a try if you have a need for auto repair.

Amy G Not a good place for women to get repairs. Ive had work done a couple of times and it was quality repair but the last time I had a problem getting my vehicle to crank when I picked it up. It got jumped off in the parking lot and was told that they ran the battery down during the repair. The day after I couldnt get it to crank so I called the shop and told him that it wouldnt crank and asked if at some point someone could come jump me off so I could go to town to buy a new battery and was told "no, we dont do that". I was thinking that they may because I only lived a few miles away and they did run the battery down, so much so that it would no longer hold a charge at all. After sitting there a few days of having no groceries a neighbor came and jumped me off. I went straight to the part store and purchased a new battery at $100+. I called recently to ask about having some work done and was told that the last time he worked on my vehicle that I didnt pick it up for a week afterwards and I told him that I didnt have the money to pay for the repairs which was untrue. It took me a couple of days past when he called and said he was finished with it because I couldnt find a ride to pick it up as it was my only vehicle. I would have walked to get it but I had the flu and was able to walk. I dont even take my vehicle to the shop until I have saved up the money that was established as an estimate before hand. I felt insulted and I told him that he was mistaken and needed to check his records. After he him hawed around about fixing my vehicle I had it towed away just like I had it towed there. I will never do business there and I wouldnt recommend this shop for women like other shops in my past they seem to take advantage of them maybe because they think we are stupid. Also I feel like its a little too expensive. I chose it because its close to home and if I had to I could walk there provided I wasnt sick. They certainly wont help you out in any way even if they ruin your battery. I paid about $300+ for a belt and idler pulley and then was still stranded until I got a new battery $100+. He didnt even apologize. This time I paid to tow it there and back and all I got was a big towing bill and insulted. I never told him that I didnt have the money to pay him. I didnt have a ride because my vehicle was at his shop. Thats not a very nice way to treat people but he will have to answer for that. Luckily for me I have two vehicles now that I will be taking elsewhere for maintenance and repairs. I learned the hard way that Johnnys auto parts is not a good value and has no compassion for someone in a fix. He definitely will not go out of his way for any reason but overcharges. This was a bad experience for me. I regret that the technician my father and I used for many years had to retire. Finding the right shop is more difficult than you would think. I miss you Tony! Hope you are doing well.

michelle ingram I went to school with Johnny & he is still just as nice as he was in school. Him & all of his guys are certified. Super quick service & does not charge a fortune. He even checks for any safety concerns. He doesnt do anything extra unless you were already concerned. He will just let you be aware that it comes up in diagnostics.

Cool hand Jay I had the best experience Ive ever had at a garage, these guys picked up my car fixed it and then drove it back to me, and they took the time to spray off a pretty thick layer of pollen. I highly recommend this garage, and I cant leave out how awesome customer service is.
