We discussed where the key would be and went from there. The next morning around 8:36am I received a call SAYING IM 2 Miles AWAY FROM DROP OFF. I LOVE IT! David was PUNCTUAL, TRUSTWORTHY, GREAT COMMUNICATION, RESONABLE PRICE (AAA wanted way more)and EASY to pay. If ever in need again I KNOW WHO TO CALL.

Kenneth Dees: Do not use this shop. Took my money and would not complete the job. When I got my car home from being repaired I discovered that the headlights were not working properly. A wiring harness was left off that can only be installed with the bumper removed. I tried multiple times to get the car back in to complete the repairs but kept getting excuses. They initially scheduled me for the following week but cancelled that appointment and kept putting me off every time I called. Now they have ghosted me and will not take my calls. It has been months and I still cannot get them to perform the work they were paid to do. The tool that this shop relies on the most is Caller ID. Next time I will find a reputable shop

On top of that the car is somewhat low, so getting it on alignment racks is not always guaranteed. But these guys get it done every time. Ive only had an issue 1 time and Im convinced that was down to a communication issue and they got it worked out with no fuss and didnt charge me for the correction. I 100% will continue going here for my alignments and would say if you need a performance alignment in middle GA, and have a low car, there is no better place to go then to UAS.
