Nunya Biz I’ve had my oil changed and a new battery done here. Apparently they report to Carfax. I went in with 21k miles and it was recorded wrong as over 100k miles. Which has caused me so much trouble now as I’m trying to sell my car. I only have 24k miles now. If you go there, you better monitor your Carfax … or you will end up screwed like me.
Yes I called them and spoke to Melissa …. who looked and said they had messed up the miles when entering in the system. But they can not correct their error because they don’t know how. Melissa told me to call the Manager Mike Casey. i told her to tell him to call me… I already called. Mike Casey never bothered to call. I’m not surprised honestly that he didn’t call back.

Caity Jones I needed to get an oil change, so I called ahead just in case I needed an appointment. It took me 3 times to finally get through. The lady who answered was very rude and vague on when I should show up.
So, I showed up around 2pm. I was greeted by the same lady. A very snobby receptionist who didnt even greet me. Just said, "What you want?" While looking at me like I insulted her.
I said an oil change. She tossed a small form to fill out and a pen at me. After handing it back to her, I started explaining that I was aware of the system reading "low tire pressure" and why it says that. She pushed past me, cutting my words off and gruffly saying, "Theyll check everything!".
The whole time I waited in the lobby, if the phone rang, she would look up at it, ignore it, and go back to scrolling on her own phone.
Awful experience, and I wont be going back here.
