5 /5 A Brown: My husband and I had been stranded on the side of the road for over six hours late at night before we found this amazing tow company in the Hawkinsville, GA area. From the moment we called, their customer service was excellent. My husband requested a flatbed truck and they delivered. The driver arrived quickly, was incredibly kind, and made us feel comfortable during a very stressful time. He was engaging, friendly, and most importantly, took great care of our vehicle during the tow. You could tell he genuinely cared. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services!

5 /5 Marguerite Reyes: Terrace was fast getting to me! It was boiling hot outside and he let me sit in the ac while he got my car set up to be towed. After he got my car to the shop he even helped me get by babies car seats out and hauled the seats and me back home. All the way home he offered encouragement and told me he could see that I was having a hard time but to remember the hard times pass just like the good times do. 10/10 would recommend them to someone needing a tow. Went above and beyond for me! Thanks so much!!

5 /5 Victoria VargoHay: Really appreciate Hawkinsville Collision and Towing! They were really communicative between me and AAA and I had zero problems, it was a very smooth process. The tow guy, Terrence was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I wasn’t on scene when he picked the truck up and dropped it off but everything went great and he communicated through each step. This is a great company to work with all around. It’s never a great situation if you have to get towed, but at least these guys make it easy for you! Very happy with the service and highly recommend.
