Jean K I was referred to Jackson Collision Center by David at J R Auto (off Hwy 42 S). Jackson Collision Center is extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable. More importantly, they take great pride in seeing that each customer is attended to promptly and thoroughly in friendly and professional manner. They also have a mascot name Rose (a mini Schnauzer) who is a perfect delight. I felt like I had known them for a long time by the time my first visit was over. Professional, warm hearted and friendly - it pretty much does not get better than that.

Linda Pendergast I couldnt be more pleased with the work they performed on the back rear of my car above the bumper. I didnt quite have my car pulled in our Garage when the handle of the garage door scratched the car. The work was perfect and matched my car color to the T.... Barry was great and so was Kelly :) ( was able to drop off in the morning and got it back that afternoon) thanks again for a job well done.!!!

Vab Rising These guys gave us a helping hand by scanning our vehicle to see what was going on after someone else from a different town rebuilt the transmission, and they didnt even charge us for their time. Good people! I would highly recommend this transmission shop.

Nathan Dryden We had them do work for us on our Dodge which was a simple wiring job but then we had them install a brand new transmission and had nothing but problems mechanically out of the new transmission.We has the truck at their shop multiple times and it never got fixed correctly or covered by my 3 year no fault warranty.On top of that they wouldnt reach out to us to help in anyway after we made multiple phone calls until we just decided to take the vehicle to another mechanic.

Carla McClatty Must admit I was a little worried about this place because my daughter found them online. But, I couldnt been more wrong about this place. I want say THANK YOU to the owner. My daughter had car problems while traveling in the area. She called Franks and explained the problem to him and he had her to bring the car to him. When she got there he took one look and told her that what she explained was not her problem and it would be much less than what he told her. He made an exception for her so that she could pick her car up on a different day to accommodate her schedule. I really appreciated him for that. I now know who I could trust to take car too if I need to if Im in the area. Frank THANK YOU for helping my daughter in her time of need.

Will Wagner These folks are outstanding. I was traveling from north georgia to south georgia and had a blowout along I75. I had my truck towed the Chucks and called them first thing the next morning. They had me road ready that afternoon with ordered tires and checked everything for safety. They went above and beyond, and Cameron was extremely knowledgeable, laid back and easy to work with from afar. Not only that, but they kept an eye on my truck until I could arrange to have it delivered. Top notch shop, good people at the helmet and I am thankful there are people in this world that not only do the right thing but are highly skilled at doing it.

Heidy Humbles Went to the Honda dealership, quoted me over $2k. I got recommended to Mr. Jackie, went the following week to see if what the dealership service tech was true, turns out I didn’t need all the “repairs.” Mr. Jackie is super knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing when it comes to cars. He didn’t even charge me half the price that the dealership service centers wanted. Definitely recommend 10/10.

JB Williams 2 years ago, my Toyota Tundra truck was 15 years old and needed some work on the air conditioning during the hot summer of 2023. Don did a great job and I have been cool ever since. Today I dropped off my wifes car for some air system work and Don was kind enough, as he was leaving for the day, to drive me back to our house, A few miles away, In the direction opposite from the way he goes home, so I would not have to walk in the heat. That is not standard of course, So I was very fortunate that he was able to take the time today. Thank you very much Don!!!

T Miller My Mercedes CLS550 AC stopped blowing cold in this 100 degree weather. I work in the area but do not live here and I am not familiar with the area at all. I went to 3 shops and everyone said we dont work on Mercedes. FAST RADIATOR was the only shop that fixed it, very reasonably priced and Got me in and out same day actually within hours of my calling. May not look like much from the outside but QUALITY AND GREAT customer service on the inside!
