Jean K I was referred to Jackson Collision Center by David at J R Auto (off Hwy 42 S). Jackson Collision Center is extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable. More importantly, they take great pride in seeing that each customer is attended to promptly and thoroughly in friendly and professional manner. They also have a mascot name Rose (a mini Schnauzer) who is a perfect delight. I felt like I had known them for a long time by the time my first visit was over. Professional, warm hearted and friendly - it pretty much does not get better than that.

I didnt quite have my car pulled in our Garage when the handle of the garage door scratched the car. The work was perfect and matched my car color to the T.... Timothy Baker They did body work on 2010 Ford Edge after a wreck there in Jackson. The body work was good. The staff was friendly and accommodated me having to pick up vehicle on a Saturday. They did miss a leak on the washer fluid pump which happens sometimes. It did take longer than I would have liked but they had to wait for parts.

I was sick at myself and after getting a few quotes I decided to go with Jason and Heather at Carnesville Paint and Body. I’m so glad I did. Not only did they take care of me with the price (they were quite a bit cheaper than one of the places I checked with), Jason’s work was amazing. I am a very picky person and just knew that I would be able to tell something was different with the side that was wrecked, I couldn’t find anything that could show it had been wrecked. They also did it in such a timely manner. I didn’t even ask how long it was going to take because I didn’t want them to think I was rushing them. I didn’t expect to get a phone call a few days later that it was ready. I hope to not need any other body work on any of our vehicles but if we do, we will definitely be using them again. Marguerite Reyes Terrace was fast getting to me! It was boiling hot outside and he let me sit in the ac while he got my car set up to be towed. After he got my car to the shop he even helped me get by babies car seats out and hauled the seats and me back home.
