Have to say Brandon was very nice and helpful and had Lou out to repair it within 3 hours of my call. Lou was great and did an excellent job. Sam Miller Brandon is an excellent service provider and very talented in his craft of body repair. He responded quickly when we first contacted him about the damage to the rear bumper of our 2016 BMW X5. ladydread922 Go somewhere else. They had my car for almost 3 weeks and gave it back to me with new noises I’ve never heard before I gave it to them and now I have to spend more money elsewhere and the nerve to suggest the problem I’m complaining about probably already existed or I caused it in the two days since I had it back from them. $2400 and literally two days after pickup my check engine light is back on and there’s so many rattling noises that I now have to get checked somewhere else because I don’t trust them and don’t want to risk them “fixing” anything else and leaving with more issues. I really believed they were honest but I guess I’m the fool for believing there’s such a thing as an honest mechanic.

Forrest Olgers Big hard learning experiance with this company wish had saw low rating before buying my used 3.0 eco diesel engin with 70,000 miles was told it was a complete engin which was false. My mistake for not asking for pict before sending my 9,066 which went up from 7,100 after 900 core fee plus taxed and shipping which is non refunable if you send the engin back which i did because everthing was cut off instead of disconnecting . Would never buy anything again from these guys!! They said the turbo and harness was and assesory . Turbo is main componite of the engin!! What they sent me motor had everything cut off. O and all the good reviews are posted by people that work there!! Have these names with email they sent me!! Worse coustomer service i have every experianced . Asked to speak to manager and he never gave me his full name. All the salesman have america names and they all sound l Iike Indians. When you call they dont state their name. Just say hello. Jaspers Auto in GA is the address the motor comes from another company and not them. All the pictures below is what was cut off or broken. And all the postive post are from the people that work there!! They get the engin from place called Fenix Southwest in TX

William Brown They do not answer the phone they do not return phone calls, even if you leave voicemails, I tried on numerous occasions to get my daughters vehicle in to be inspected. Instead, I had to send it all the way to Atlanta for the inspection at global import BMW. Had all the accumulated added cost had another situation with the same vehicle tried to reach out numerous times again to this company, hoping that they would answer the phone and I could give them the chance for our business with no answer and no response once again found a very good mechanic shop m&e which is literally two doors down. They are honest answer the phone and got my vehicle in right away.

Amanda Buntin Ill be honest, I think most of the techs are good at their job, I think I ended up getting the new guy that day. I wasnt exactly happy after purchasing four new tires to have one go flat no more then 5 miles down the road. I dont think he put air in it at all really because it drove weird the whole 5 miles and was completely flat when I stopped. The workers were extremely nice however and made it right.

Ronda Smith While on vacation with my family I had gotten a nail in my tire. Not knowing the area we found Mavis Tire. Dropped my vehicle off to the friendly folks there and they were more than happy to help us. Left my car there and went to several antique stores and when I can back not only had they repaired my tire but they didn’t even charge us. Great customer service. It was an expensive repair and she even suggested I could get a second opinion if I was concerned about the price or diagnostic. She gave helpful options of what I could I do and with my car being older and more likely better off to just trade in, she even offered to give suggestions when looking at new cars. Ilene Peguero I was at a dog agility competition nearby in Talking Rock. My A/C blower had gone out the night before so I had to deal with driving with no air for an hour with my dog in the back of the car in his crate, so I was worried about the drive back in the heat with no air. Contacted Redfern’s while at the competition and set up a time for me to drive there after we finished for the day. Thankfully only 15 min from there. They ordered the part while I was at the competition so it arrived to be able to get right to repairing my car as soon as I got to them. Quick service and they are dog lovers so they loved on my dog while we waited. Great experience, good and fair price! I highly highly recommend them!

Carina Duffy I was in an emergency situation and Chris answered my call at 10:30p (from an out of state # and he was sober as can be) and was nothing short of kind! Did a diagnostic on my car, changed a 4 spark plug with a new one I just bought, and let me come back the next morning when I had the last few plugs to replace. This all happened the night before/day of a long drive out of state for a family event, so I was beyond grateful! Reliable, kind, and always answers the phone - will be using these guys in the future for sure!
