5 /5 Ilene Peguero: I was at a dog agility competition nearby in Talking Rock. My A/C blower had gone out the night before so I had to deal with driving with no air for an hour with my dog in the back of the car in his crate, so I was worried about the drive back in the heat with no air. Contacted Redfern’s while at the competition and set up a time for me to drive there after we finished for the day. Thankfully only 15 min from there. They ordered the part while I was at the competition so it arrived to be able to get right to repairing my car as soon as I got to them. Quick service and they are dog lovers so they loved on my dog while we waited. Great experience, good and fair price! I highly highly recommend them!

5 /5 Carina Duffy: I was in an emergency situation and Chris answered my call at 10:30p (from an out of state # and he was sober as can be) and was nothing short of kind! Did a diagnostic on my car, changed a 4 spark plug with a new one I just bought, and let me come back the next morning when I had the last few plugs to replace. This all happened the night before/day of a long drive out of state for a family event, so I was beyond grateful! Reliable, kind, and always answers the phone - will be using these guys in the future for sure!

5 /5 Duffy Elliott: What a great experience. My motorcycle broke down and Chris Redfern was friendly, quick and efficient with a tow and offer to help further. He knows motorcycles and the proper way to tow insuring no damage to the bike. I will call him again when up that way for repairs, a tow or better yet, just to join him for a ride.
