Have to say Brandon was very nice and helpful and had Lou out to repair it within 3 hours of my call. Lou was great and did an excellent job. All in all, great experience, hence all the 5 star reviews. Price was great too. I attend many car meets with my vehicle and I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone there who takes special pride in their vehicle. MyRetiredHobbies Gainesville I received a quote for 4 tires and after checking prices I went back about 2 weeks later to get them installed. It took about 2 hours. We ate lunch nextdoor so the wait wasnt so boring. So far the tires are doing great. It seems the installation was good so Im a happy customer.

ladydread922 Go somewhere else. They had my car for almost 3 weeks and gave it back to me with new noises I’ve never heard before I gave it to them and now I have to spend more money elsewhere and the nerve to suggest the problem I’m complaining about probably already existed or I caused it in the two days since I had it back from them. $2400 and literally two days after pickup my check engine light is back on and there’s so many rattling noises that I now have to get checked somewhere else because I don’t trust them and don’t want to risk them “fixing” anything else and leaving with more issues. I really believed they were honest but I guess I’m the fool for believing there’s such a thing as an honest mechanic.

Forrest Olgers Big hard learning experiance with this company wish had saw low rating before buying my used 3.0 eco diesel engin with 70,000 miles was told it was a complete engin which was false. My mistake for not asking for pict before sending my 9,066 which went up from 7,100 after 900 core fee plus taxed and shipping which is non refunable if you send the engin back which i did because everthing was cut off instead of disconnecting . Would never buy anything again from these guys!! They said the turbo and harness was and assesory . Turbo is main componite of the engin!! What they sent me motor had everything cut off. O and all the good reviews are posted by people that work there!! Have these names with email they sent me!! Worse coustomer service i have every experianced . Asked to speak to manager and he never gave me his full name. All the salesman have america names and they all sound l Iike Indians. When you call they dont state their name. Just say hello. Jaspers Auto in GA is the address the motor comes from another company and not them. All the pictures below is what was cut off or broken. And all the postive post are from the people that work there!! They get the engin from place called Fenix Southwest in TX

Eric and Kristen were welcoming, and my mechanic, Tony, was excellent! He went over everything, took care of my oil change, was nice as well as efficient. I am very pleased to have found these great folks!

Melissa Rockwell Crenshaw is my go-to for anything wrong with my 2014 Jeep. They are honest, forthright and can fix anything I encounter for a reasonable price and time frame. Highly recommend them.

William Brown They do not answer the phone they do not return phone calls, even if you leave voicemails, I tried on numerous occasions to get my daughters vehicle in to be inspected. Instead, I had to send it all the way to Atlanta for the inspection at global import BMW. Had all the accumulated added cost had another situation with the same vehicle tried to reach out numerous times again to this company, hoping that they would answer the phone and I could give them the chance for our business with no answer and no response once again found a very good mechanic shop m&e which is literally two doors down. They are honest answer the phone and got my vehicle in right away.

Charles Perry Great Tires & amazing prices especially trailer tires , fixed both my trailers brakes & replaced 8 tires . Trailers stop great again and are safe for use . Very friendly and go above there job to get you fixed and out that day even though busy . I go there for tires on 3 vehicles and 7 trailer tires I own . Mostly business equipment.

Amanda Buntin Ill be honest, I think most of the techs are good at their job, I think I ended up getting the new guy that day. I wasnt exactly happy after purchasing four new tires to have one go flat no more then 5 miles down the road. I dont think he put air in it at all really because it drove weird the whole 5 miles and was completely flat when I stopped. The workers were extremely nice however and made it right.

A Smith Exceptional customer service!! Very very sweet team. They were extremely helpful when I had no idea what was going on. Very very affordable and very quick service. I have never had an issue with any of their work. I highly recommend them for all the things!!

Megan Urness Ashley is so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and transparent. She took the time to explain to me the issue that was wrong with my car. It was an expensive repair and she even suggested I could get a second opinion if I was concerned about the price or diagnostic. She gave helpful options of what I could I do and with my car being older and more likely better off to just trade in, she even offered to give suggestions when looking at new cars. She was so incredible fair on price and transparent about everything. I will absolutely be coming back and referring anyone I know to Elite European. Thank you, Ashley!

Ilene Peguero I was at a dog agility competition nearby in Talking Rock. My A/C blower had gone out the night before so I had to deal with driving with no air for an hour with my dog in the back of the car in his crate, so I was worried about the drive back in the heat with no air. Contacted Redfern’s while at the competition and set up a time for me to drive there after we finished for the day. Thankfully only 15 min from there. They ordered the part while I was at the competition so it arrived to be able to get right to repairing my car as soon as I got to them. Quick service and they are dog lovers so they loved on my dog while we waited. Great experience, good and fair price! I highly highly recommend them!

Claude Bass I could not have had a better car repair experience than I had with Frank. He took me in on the Thursday before Labor Day weekend to replace the air bags on my Lincoln towncar. Because of parts he couldnt get it done before Tuesday, but had me wrapped up by noon Tuesday including checking my A.C. and replacing front brakes. Jane Bongo Jasper has a gem with Matt. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and honest. We were in a bind and received low fuel pressure and reduced engine power warnings. Fortunately, he was able to work us in to his schedule, unlike others in the area. He quickly diagnosed and identified the issue as well as corrected it. He also gave us a heads up and recommendations regarding potential issue with the fuel system after finding metal shavings in the fuel filter. Thank you Matt. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

Steven Lauder Had my monster banks DPF back exhaust installed by Matt and his team as well as a 15,000 mi service on my 2023 f250 6.7 powerstroke. The exhaust looks great and was done in less than an hour and Ill be using them for my fleet maintenance for now on.

Nelson Wilder They installed the oil filter in my vehicle with a piece missing. The next day on a trip in town, my car started to sputter and lacked the ability to accelerate due to the fact that the oil drained out of my vehicle. They replaced it once I returned to their facility but I then took it to the dealership to determine if this damaged the engine. The dealership inspected the engine to see if metal particles were found during their inspection. The mechanic STRESSED the fact of how lucky I was to not have damage to the engine. I will not return to this establishment!
