1 /5 William Brown: They do not answer the phone they do not return phone calls, even if you leave voicemails, I tried on numerous occasions to get my daughters vehicle in to be inspected. Instead, I had to send it all the way to Atlanta for the inspection at global import BMW. Had all the accumulated added cost had another situation with the same vehicle tried to reach out numerous times again to this company, hoping that they would answer the phone and I could give them the chance for our business with no answer and no response once again found a very good mechanic shop m&e which is literally two doors down. They are honest answer the phone and got my vehicle in right away.
