He thoroughly explained everything, and what really stood out was that he showed me the parts he replaced—which was ironic because I had just heard that you should always ask for your old parts back since some shops aren’t honest. 5 /5 Johnny J: TOP NOTCH My driver side front wheel had been making a grinding/clicking noise for weeks. I had been trying to figure out what the problem was for that long too. I couldn’t even use that vehicle because of how bad it sounded. I took it to a mechanic in Kennesaw for a diagnosis only, so I can fix it myself. They told me it could be the axle, the struts or the wheel bearing and hub. Ok! well it’s not a diagnosis if you can’t pin point to the problem! Then they quoted me 1,100 to replace the struts and the axle (not the wheel bearing/hub) because they thought it was one of those 2. I left frustrated because he wasn’t able to tell me exactly what the problem was. I took to Auto Doc a couple days later for another diagnosis. A couple hours later, they call me and say I have a bad wheel bearing and hub, “DING DING DING!” Finally an answer! They quote was less than I had thought, and I was already tired of looking for an answer to my problem I wasn’t going to spend more time trying to replace it myself. I had them fix it right there and then. I’ll keep bringing my vehicles here when a problem arises! Knowledgeable, fast and affordable! Imagine if i had paid the first mechanic to fix something that didn’t need to be replaced! How upsetting.
