Gordon Hunt I sold my Expedition to a friend only to soon discover that there was a need for extensive engine work and I couldnt have this young man be stuck with a lemon so he reached out to the best mechanic for this job. Bret was straight forward, detailed in everything that needed to be done and upfront on the things that werent needed as well. He did the work well and professionally and without any hidden charges or changes. The truck is like new and good to go for another 150k+ and we are ALL happy about the great ride for this family with kids and their like-new SUV. The 30 mile distance to his shop was more than worth every mile. Thank you B and R!

Brian Kane I was driving my 2002 F150 with 325000 miles loaded up from Illinois to Florida. Just north of Atlanta I started. to get a misfire. With in minutes I did not think I would make the next exit. I pulled off and googled mechanics near me. B and R had good reviews so I gave them a call. Bret answered and I explained the situation. He arranged for a flat bed and when I arrived he stopped what he was doing to take a look. He found that the fuel pressure was on the low side of normal and after test driving it said it might make it too Florida. I took off and made it about 2 miles, then limped it back. He ordered the part and put it up on the lift for the night, then gave me a ride to the hotel. The next morning when I returned the gas tank was on the floor, and with in an hour I was back on the road. I tried to tip him for his great service but he would have none of it. Don’t let looks fool you, I have purchased a vehicle from them and had strut work done by them and they just put a new transmission in another of my cars. All done at a reasonable price. Sharon Knight I moved to Cartersville 2 years ago. Needed my car worked on last year so I asked my neighbors for a recommendation for a good auto repair shop. Everyone said KO Automotive was the best and they were right. Ive had an excellent experience every time I have been there. They are courteous, professional, and most importantly honest. Honesty is an attribute that a lot of businesses dont practice anymore and Im very happy I took my neighbors advice and went to KO Automotive. I highly recommend them and plan to keep using them for all my car needs.

Malena Dugger I’ve been going to this auto shop for a few years now. Let me start by saying that I’m a woman and most women know it’s extremely difficult to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop. Scott, Chris and their crew have always gone above and beyond to take care of my car. Not once have I ever been taken advantage of by them. I’ve had tires put on, tire rotations, oil changes, air filter replacements and they’ve even been kind enough to install my fog lights when they went out because my Subaru has an undercarriage guard and I can’t get to my lights. They’re straightforward and tell you how it is, but they won’t ever try to take advantage of you. I appreciate you guys and your team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Casey I took a car i was interested in buying there for an inspection. After the inspection i got the all clear and was even told the car was in great condition and all I’d need is new rotors soon. So i bought the car the same week. 1 week after i bought the car my oil light came on. I had no oil in the car at all. Bone dry. So either on a basic PPI they didn’t check the oil levels, or they failed to see that the car is leaking/burning insane amounts of oil. Fast forward 3 weeks, I’ve had the car for 1 month, I’ve put 9 quarts of oil in the car in one month as it keeps running out, and my check engine light has come on twice. I’m not sure what the inspected when they looked at this car but i could be out 15000 because i trusted them

StarrTile Came in there a few months ago because my muffler needed repair, they only fixed what was needed, never tried to "upcharge" or oversell anything. Then went back for my brakes and same awesome experience...you might have to wait because they keep busy, but great business model begets good business. In these days trying to find honest mechanics, here is your place !!

Ervin Spencer Called them for a brake problem on a freightliner business class, and they said the tech would arrive in 2 hours! Well, not even an hour and a half later the tech, Tim, was looking the truck over. Before i could hardly blink he had the problem diagnosed and was gone to get the part and had us going that same day! They are our go to from now on and the price was reasonable! I was waiting 16 hours on the road waiting to have a truck tire replacement, the " tire man " ( because you cant not call them Teck or mechanic because theyre not even professional peoples..) the " Tire man came at 12:30 am get my truck information to bill my company, then told me : " I m sorry I bring the wrong Tire, I can be back tomorrow morning around 7:00 am " and left. well the A- Mobile Maintenance company return to my location next day around 2:00 pm in the c afternoon...the guy passed by my truck without stop and when to lunch then return around 2:30 pm with very bad attitude because I told him that his company fail to assist us with the tire replacement and let us waiting for more than 16 hours. It is not PROFESSIONAL to Lie to customers. BE ADVICE PEOPLES DONT USE THIS TAMPA LOCATION A- MOBIL ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!!! ALL TIRE RECAP ARE VERY BAD QUALITY AND theyre at LEAST the 2 EMPLOYEES to CAME TO ASSIST ME THEY ARE A VERY DISRESPECTFUL INDIVIDUALS. I hope the company owner hires better people to keep his Company with decent and good reputation.

Marc J. Lane Professional, kind, honest, knowledgeable and capable. When traveling and needing mechanical work, youre at a disadvantage, not knowing the reputation of where you end up. Often, you find yourself at the mercy of mechanic you find. Thankfully, I ended up at DNL Automotive in Cartersville, Georgia. Danny saved my day. Two shops said they didnt do "that" kind of work. Danny fixed the problem, properly, quickly and simply and got me back on the road. Honest, kind and straight forward service. Thank you again Danny!

Branden Howren This review is late but what do you do. I’m not even sure where to start, all I really have to say is Danny is the man. Although all my issues weren’t solved. (not his fault, moved during repairs) he even pointed me in the right direction and gave me good recommendations to the area I moved too.

Derik Gilbert Brought my 2017 KTM for some running issues. Spencer got it fixed and turned around in about 2 weeks. Communication was great. He would text me updates and send pictures of the progress. Great group of guys. Honest and efficient. Glad to have them in town.

Michael Aliffi I needed new tires put on my bike and was in a bit of a rush. I called these guys up and they gave me a good price and said bring it in. When I got there it was pretty clear they were busy so I very much appreciated them making the time to fit me in. Got a call the same afternoon that the bike was ready. They also inspected the bike and made sure everything looked good before sending me back on the road. Extremely pleased with the process, price and quality of service. I will certainly be going back to these guys for any future service needs!! 10/10 would recommend!

Kevin Saunders The BEST, broke down in Cartersville Georgia with a camper and he done a temporary fix to get us home(5 hours away). Very nice and very reasonable. We highly recommend him.
