Mission Automotive - Cartersville Brian Mize: On a Mission to exceed expectations!
It seems every time I visit Mission Tire, I spend more money than I thought I would when I pulled in to the parking lot. So, why 5 stars? It is because I trust them. They look at the big picture, find the problems that are causing the problems, and they make recommendations. They send me the information on what is wrong with the vehicle I have taken in, and they give me the option on how to proceed. The bottom line is, Ive taken my vehicle elsewhere, spent gobs of money, and then had to take it to Mission to fix what I had repaired at another local shop.
I dont even consider taking any of my vehicles to other shops if the repair can be accomplished by the fine folks at Mission. Top Notch in every respect, and genuinely seem interested in making sure I get the value for the spend.
As others have mentioned - their communication is beyond the best.
If you are looking for an honest, value-oriented, dependable place to service your car or truck - Give them a try. Youll be glad you did.
