1 /5 Kathy Rhodes: We just had our brakes done today and I called before he did the job and asked if I could pay over the phone with my debit card. He said yes so when our car was done, my husband had to walk to pick up the car. I was trying to call and pay for the repair And it kept sending me to voicemail. I left two messages did not receive a phone call back. So when my husband got there, he was treated very rudely and we were told that if he had customers like us, he would tell them to go somewhere else.. So needless to say, he does not have to worry about any more of our business! We would not recommend his business to anyone that we know. I have worked customer service for 30 years. And that is no way to treat a customer!
