Patrick Fletcher This is a very honest shop. I took my car here for an oil change this morning and mentioned the tires getting worn out quickly. They took a look and were honest and said it’s nothing more than it just needing an alignment. Other shops would have tried to push 100s if not 1000s in repairs. It’s hard to find good honest mechanics, I’d take my vehicle here again anytime. Thanks guys.

Scott Tisdale I had the absolute best experience recently at City Muffler. In order to not miss work I needed a small repair done same-day. After driving to 4 local shops it was recommended to me (by Robbie of Robbie’s Auto Repair in Dallas, GA) that I drive over to City Muffler. Upon arrival I was immediately met by a fellow named Pickle who simply asked for the keys to my truck and then drove it straight into the lift. I was out the door in 20 minutes with the best price possible! I highly recommend City Muffler to anyone who appreciates a perfect balance of technical proficiency and customer care!!!

Cody Terry Had some shotty work done prior to a trip leading to an engine failure from another shop. Nolan was honest all the way through and was able to come up with a price that was not matched even close anywhere else. He noticed some other issues and went ahead to make the ride safer repaired an engine mount that I wasn’t aware about and didn’t charge. This is hands down the best shop I’ve had to go to. Over 2 years later now and the engine has 30,000+ thousand more miles and it’s running smooth!

John Melton Ive used Nolans on a number of occasions and they do great work at a very reasonable price. Hyundai wanted $1,000+ to put in CV axles and boots and they charged me $500 and I trust their work more than the dealership. He will explain everything to you and is honest about the repair needs. Great guys with high integrity and honesty!

Kathy Rhodes We just had our brakes done today and I called before he did the job and asked if I could pay over the phone with my debit card. He said yes so when our car was done, my husband had to walk to pick up the car. I was trying to call and pay for the repair And it kept sending me to voicemail. I left two messages did not receive a phone call back. So when my husband got there, he was treated very rudely and we were told that if he had customers like us, he would tell them to go somewhere else.. So needless to say, he does not have to worry about any more of our business! We would not recommend his business to anyone that we know. I have worked customer service for 30 years. And that is no way to treat a customer!

Courtney McElroy I contacted Collision N Restoration Specialist after a small accident. They were recommended to me by another satisfied customer. The other car wasnt damaged, so I didnt want an insurance claim, and they were able to get me in super quickly. I was offered two options as far as parts and was given a clear and well written quote. The work was EXCELLENT, the communication fantastic, and they got my car back to me quickly. Honestly couldnt recommend this company more. They have excellent customer service and the value cant be beat!

TWP I had a great experience with Pro Performance Collision and Restoration. I felt like they did a great job of managing the project and meeting my expectations. There was a ton of stuff on my list, and Im really happy with the results. For those in the BMW community, Jeremy and his team was able to provide me with an exterior respray, replace all sorts of rubber/trim, new front bumper, trunk, and diffuser. And the biggest work of all, a CARBON FIBER ROOF. This was a big undertaking and I felt like they did a fantastic job. I couldnt be happier with the results and it was a great value for the amount of work done.

I had them replace rotors, brakes, and had some other services done, like alignment, filter replacement, and it was pristine. It was QUALITY service. Michael Herb This man has no integrity whatsoever he ripped my wife off for $2700 didn’t do the work he said he did. Check engine light still on in car. This man recently was arrested for dumping used oil in the woods 100 gallons. He wrecked a customers car doing donuts in the parking lot and then didn’t let the customer know about it. You know who I am. You lie on google no moral compass. is this the kind of person you want to do you work on your car?

We do value the time and effort you put into your work — and we show that through the high payments we make to you, which are often extremely expensive. In fact, the last time you quoted me over $1,500 for minor repairs, but I swear, when I went to another mechanic, the same work cost me no more than $500. Yes, I do thank God that the work was finally completed — after more than three months of waiting and one of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

A Campbell Great Shop & Staff. Complete rebuild of my 2005 140k miles Silverado 1500 4L65 transmission. Very experienced, organized facilities, inside and out. You dont see signs of overbooking with cars loaded up n the lot. No delays. Runs like a new truck.

Nat Jamison He Dont work on CVTs, he dont work on manuals, he dont work on Nissan, he dont work on Subaru, he dont work on catfish Camaros.... Everytime I call this guy he wont work on it. Wont even look at it. I dont know how hes in business if he never works. Update from his response: said he wouldnt touch a stock 93 Camaro that wasnt going into drive. In 30 years he shouldve learned to work on more things. Go to any other shop.

Brudan Krigl Recently our daughter called us about how her Honda Pilot was overheating and leaking radiator fluid. We live in Alabama, and she lives in Georgia. After I did some research online for auto repair shops in her area, I advised her to take it to Banks Garage. Mr. Banks, the owner and chief mechanic of his shop, diagnosed the radiator unit had developed a leak and advised her it would need to be replaced. I called several auto repair shops in that area to compare the estimated total cost of parts and labor to replace the radiator, and Banks Garage was by far the lowest price. But also very importantly, Mr Banks said he could order the radiator and complete the job within a couple days. That was also significantly faster than any other auto repair shop said they could do it! I called Banks Garage and spoke with Mr. Banks. Typically, if you call most auto repair shops and speak with a mechanic they often seem to be rather curt and impersonal sounding in response to questions concerning your vehicle. However, when I talked with Mr. Banks, I was very impressed at how personable, patient, considerate and respectful he was toward me and my concerns about having our daughters Pilot repaired as soon as possible, especially in regards to her transportation needs. Wherever I have lived, I am always thankful to be able to find at least one auto repair shop/mechanic who proves to be competent, trustworthy, considerate, and is honest and reasonable in repair costs. We have such a auto repair shop/mechanic here in our neck of the woods in Alabama, and after speaking at length with Mr. Banks and have him do the repair on our daughters Pilot to our complete satisfaction, I am confident that Banks Garage is such a auto repair shop in that area of Georgia where my she lives! I consider Mr. Banks to be an excellent mechanic who sincerely cares about running his auto repair business in a godly manner that is pleasing to the Lord. Therefore, I highly recommend anybody with auto repair concerns to contact Mr. Banks at Banks Garage and consider what he might have to say about what he could do for you! Praise the Lord Jesus Christ.

Brian Mize On a Mission to exceed expectations! It seems every time I visit Mission Tire, I spend more money than I thought I would when I pulled in to the parking lot. So, why 5 stars? It is because I trust them. They look at the big picture, find the problems that are causing the problems, and they make recommendations. They send me the information on what is wrong with the vehicle I have taken in, and they give me the option on how to proceed. The bottom line is, Ive taken my vehicle elsewhere, spent gobs of money, and then had to take it to Mission to fix what I had repaired at another local shop. I dont even consider taking any of my vehicles to other shops if the repair can be accomplished by the fine folks at Mission. Top Notch in every respect, and genuinely seem interested in making sure I get the value for the spend. As others have mentioned - their communication is beyond the best. If you are looking for an honest, value-oriented, dependable place to service your car or truck - Give them a try. Youll be glad you did.

Robert Greene These guys are absolutely super and Amy at the front desk has an excellent attitude and a solid spirit of customer service. I needed heavy duty tires put on a trailer for an unexpected trip I had to take two days later. Called them on Wednesday morning and Wednesday afternoon They had me taken care of. From the time I got there to the time I left was under 45 minutes. They did a great job and absolutely take pride in their work. Will be using them for all tire business going forward. Thanks guys!
