There are many inaccuracies in your response. I called at 10 or 11 PM because you ignored all my previous messages, calls, and attempts to reach you. We do value the time and effort you put into your work — and we show that through the high payments we make to you, which are often extremely expensive.
In fact, the last time you quoted me over $1,500 for minor repairs, but I swear, when I went to another mechanic, the same work cost me no more than $500. Yes, I do thank God that the work was finally completed — after more than three months of waiting and one of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had.
I absolutely do not recommend this place under any circumstances.
