When i was talking to him.. under the blue tent i saw a couple of meth pipes under neath the microfiber cloths. I usually don’t leave reviews but i don’t want anyone to get a tweaker to work on their vehicle! BE SAFE ! Kind and friendly staff got me an agreeable price on two tires as well as going above and beyond my expectations, helping me swap the spare out utilizing the driver side tire that would’ve been wasted.

After they had time to research the parts needed, I received a call back later that day with an estimate over $1,000. LESS than the first. Here it is, 3 days later: they got all the parts in 2 days and did all the work in half a day, including a full tuneup. Now my car drives like new! We’re so very grateful for their team of mechanics.

I could not get my tire off to put the spare on to get it to Allenhurst Tire & Brake. I called the business and the owner (Tyler) answered the phone so I asked him advice on what I should do. He asked me where I was and sent one of his guys to my location to help me so I could safely make it to Allenhurst Tire & Brake to have my tire repaired. My family and I always feel we get the BEST service from this business and employees. They are very knowledgeable in what they do!

Lavendra Shootes I am very disappointed in the customer service at BMW of Albany. They consistently do not have front desk help to answer the telephone. My car was in need of having a tire changed since it does not have a place for a spare tire. When I called to get an update and to pick up a loaner I was told no car was available after customer support informed me in a text that arrangements were made. The sales representative who finally answered the phone told me that the service support was busy and that no cars were available. He was rude in expressing I need to get in line. When I make my payments on the I7e you did not tell me to get in line. I was treated better at Nissan.

James White Today I am giving BMW of Albany a one star rating for their service department Managers Customer Service, Customer Care, & Communication! We waited two weeks for an appointment. They were supposed to deliver a courtesy vehicle and take our vehicle to the shop. I must emphasize since we purchased this vehicle and had it serviced using the same protocols at BMW Albany we have NEVER had an issue like this. We received a message on 8/15/22 in the a.m. that the service manager new what the problem was and we needed to be walked through a diagnostic/repair. My wife and I were not available to do that. My wife called and spoke with the manager and informed him she was on a conference call and I was at work. (Our car inadvertently changed lanes while operating with no input from the driver; scary!) I left two messages for the service manager, one at approximately 10:10 a.m. and another at approximately 4:00p.m. I did not receive a response or resolution. Thus the one star ⭐ rating.

They keep adding things on to your bill without consulting with you. I will never bring any of my cars to them, as they like to rip you off .

Tommy Bell The only complaint I have is the lack of communication and accountability. I just dont think "white glove" service exists anymore. August 30th 2024, Jan 10, 2025, Feb 11th 2025 & Feb 20th 2025 are the dates of service and the combined amount spent $4,560.06. The labor cost jumped from 143.00 per hour to 155.00 per hour. For that amount of money spent the communication was horrible. Every time my car was serviced I had to call due to my car not being ready on the date advised. From babies being born(blessing), people out with the bubble guts, to multiple techs called out sick, to the vendor didnt deliver the fluids/parts, to itll be ready tomorrow by the close of business... I only found this stuff out because I called. Only once I received a call to be advised MB sent the wrong part. The young lady at the desk should call it quits; you can sense her lack of compassion for any inconveniences. Shes seen my face at least 1/2 dozen times and still didnt recognize a paying customer. No gas cards, no discounts of any sort, nothing to say "customer this is our fault and we simply want to make it right." Ive given it multiple chances. Not to mention I also got an estimate for additional work that totaled another 4k... I think Ill look for a new shop at this point. There are signs all over the shop about extra charges, if youre grouchy, mean, etc a 200.00 charge, if you watch 165 per hr, if you help 175 per hour, if you worked on it first then bring it to them 195.00 per hour... although this may be a joke, the communication levels isnt. Beating the customer to the punch equals referrals and customer retention.

Fred Harvey This shop gave me the worst experience ever. They had my truck for a whole year for break work. They changed the break calipers and my break pedal started going to the floor. They kept giving me the run around for a year then just say they cant fix it, but made sure he asked for and got payment. Only thing he could say was he was embarrassed but hes a so called mechanic. I wouldnt recommend anybody go there!!!!!!

Cartavious Wallace I had taken my vehicle to them 2 months ago in reference to a mis coming out of the exhaust,and I only took it because someone told me how great Mr Russell was with cars,he rushed me to come pick it up saying he needed the space in which my car was(outside in the holding pin with 3 other cars and had room for 10 more cars the moral of the story is I paid $989 and my vehicle runs the exact same the only difference is omw home it cut off 3 times(I WILL NEVER!)

Betty Butler I used this collision center to get my car repair at the hill damage and the insurance company paid them dearly, over $9000. Plus they received payment from me for over $3000 and my work was incomplete. They started off keeping me updated and being friendly then it went todelays at the delays. When time to pick up my vehicle, the estimate was $900 more for my part of the bill than was told to me. They were very misleading to me on what repairs they gonna do for me personally outside of the insurance claim. I spoke to Jonathan about repairing a dent in the right door and fixing the right front bumper. The dent was repaired, but the bumper wasn’t and when I talk to him about it, he just flat out denied that I requested it to be repaired. The inside of my car was filthy seats dirty there is a film inside the dashboard that wasn’t there, and they claimed to have no fault in this I believe that they need to be more accountable for their quality of Service and their word on what they say they’re going to do. I have put in a consumer complaint and I am not going to just let this go. I don’t believe I’m get satisfaction about the bumper because Jonathan is denying that he talked to me about repairing it and is his word against mine. But I am gonna get satisfaction and answers on why They left the inside of my car in total disaster. They weren’t even supposed to be working in the inside and I don’t understand how my dashboard got ruined and shadow over the way it is; it was not like that when I brought it in and now they deny any wrongdoing. Spoke to General manager, Mike, several times and he promised to personally address the issues and fix them.; He did and that was a good sign for Caliber Collision that they will try to resolve customer complaints. I do advise that you do not rely on the office staff for satisfaction on customer service concerns. Thank You Michael Calvitto.

Jordan Robinson Rating 5 Stars I waited 2 weeks before making this review my car is riding fresh as it was before I took out Bambi. 10/10 customer service my guy was Johnathan constantly keeping me updated on the status of my car and doing all he could to ensure repairs turned out well. 10/10 per work done you can’t even tell the stang caught a body gonna post before and after pictures highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Michael Fiorella I absolutely dont trust Caliber Collision Hinesville. Not only was the repair months later then told to me, I couldnt get a call back on status of the vehicle to save my life. The worst part is when they tried to say the power steering didnt go out because of the accident. Im guessing this was a way to get cash instead of the rate the insurance pays. Steer Clear of this place.

Bud Stevens Dropped my mower off and was told it would be ready the following week. The guy Richard told me I had to pay 300 down, so ok did that. 2weeks past by so I called to check up on my mower and received very unprofessional customer service to say the least. So after the 3rd week I went to go get my mower and they didnt touch a thing. I paid for a new battery and never received it or a refund. They gave me my parts they ordered but it wasnt worth 300. They still owe me 100 and something dollars til this day. The guy Richard will practically make you beat the brakes off of him. I just left it alone because their not worth taking to court. Customer service is below mediocre.

Nadima Nashar My husband left a mower with them For repair, the estimated time and cost was given to us at the time. After a few weeks passed, my husband began calling for an update in which it was pushed out further and further. Finally after months passed, he stopped inside because they stopped answering his calls. Still no resolution. After almost one year, we got our mower back. The original reason we dropped it off was the only issue at the time of drop off but due to it sitting for almost One year, other Parts now needed to be replaced or repaired in which of course they had no resolution for us. This was the worst customer service, shop, overall awful experience and we will never recommended them to anyone. $1700 and one year later and the mower is not useable.

Bethany Borjas On June 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. I took my lawnmower to be examined by Liberty Small Engine Repair in Hinesville, GA. I verbally at time of drop off and in a written email stated that I only wanted the mower to be diagnosed with the problem and wanted to know what was wrong before I decided if I wanted to invest the money into repairs. I was given and I agreed to an invoice of $35 to check the compressor. After that the employee said he would CALL ME and let me know what was wrong with the mower. I explained the mower was already old and I didnt want to put a lot of money into repairs so I requested a phone call with an estimate before I consented to repairing it. After calling twice, at opening business time and again 39 minutes before closing time, on Friday, June 30th, I was told both times it was not looked at yet and would not be until the following week. During both phone calls the employee said he would take a look at the mower and call me back to let me know what the problem was. I did not receive any phone call. Later that same day I wrote an email stating not to touch the mower and I would come pick it up. Went to pick it up on Saturday only to find the business was was closed. Even though, they are listed as open on Google. On July 3, 2023 Michael replied to my email claiming he fixed it without my consent and that I owed them $116.86. I never received a phone call, email or text informing me of the issues and was never given an estimate. I only agreed upon the $35 charge of checking the compressor. Now Liberty Small Engine Repair refuses to give me back my mower without paying $116.86, that I never agreed to. I do have documents of phone calls and emails. My husband, whom is currently deployed, even phoned them to settle the dispute. Micheal told my husband that I was lying and never called them or emailed them. Micheal then hung up on my husband. Extremely unprofessional and childish. I strongly encourage people NOT TO USE THIS BUSINESS!! If you have been through what this man illegally did please file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of Consumer Affairs.

Jackie Thompson The tech did not stop until the job was done right and the check in/out person gave multiple updates throughout the day traveling back and forth between the tech and myself. Unfortunately the prior glass shop had rewired the cameras and safety system wrong but the Hinesville Nissan tech got it all fixed. Something that should have been simple turned into a massive job but the tech stuck with it and got it done before the end of the day. I was given updates regularly and the customer service was impressive. Ive even changed my dealership to the Hinesville location in My Nissan app based on this experience.

Niurka Williams I paid around $800+ for a service that was never completed. My car was with them for over a week, but it came back with the same issues. I ended up taking it to another shop, where I found out the coil replacement—something I was charged for—was never actually done. They also wanted me to paid for unnecessary repairs. They also claimed to have completed a reprogramming. My car key wasn’t working. When I called to address it —next morning, —they told me I’d need to tow the car back to them at my own expense—and that I’d also be responsible for the cost if they determined it wasn’t their fault. Do not wasted your time or money with them.
