1 /5 James White: Today I am giving BMW of Albany a one star rating for their service department Managers Customer Service, Customer Care, & Communication! We waited two weeks for an appointment. They were supposed to deliver a courtesy vehicle and take our vehicle to the shop. I must emphasize since we purchased this vehicle and had it serviced using the same protocols at BMW Albany we have NEVER had an issue like this. We received a message on 8/15/22 in the a.m. that the service manager new what the problem was and we needed to be walked through a diagnostic/repair. My wife and I were not available to do that. My wife called and spoke with the manager and informed him she was on a conference call and I was at work. (Our car inadvertently changed lanes while operating with no input from the driver; scary!) I left two messages for the service manager, one at approximately 10:10 a.m. and another at approximately 4:00p.m. I did not receive a response or resolution. Thus the one star ⭐ rating.
