They made a quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem (worn front axles) repaired the vehicle promptly and charged a very fair price for their work. I also have a Toyota Camry they have serviced. I have used them on several occasions and am thoroughly pleased with their work and professionalism. Far better than dealerships Ive been to. They are tops with me and my family!

doug ritter: Horrid. Took my car in because it kept dying on me WHILE driving. They replaced the alternator. The car kept dying on my, on the interstate while driving 70 mph. I took it back and they tightened things and said they fixed it. Guess what, it did it again and I took it to another shop. They showed me where the alternator had been JB welded together and would not hold. I called RW General and told them what was going on and that someone had put a welded alternator on my car. I was told basically there was nothing they could do because they did the work. Thats fine. Be ready to see a big Digital Mobile Billboard running around Douglasville with a picture of how the alternator the put in my car looks and how ones supposed to look. Absolute joke of a shop. And Ive done business with them before. Never take your car here. You may end up dead.
